Don’t waste your time here, been waiting for 2 hours just to open an account and didn’t even end up opening it, probably the worst experience and customer service I have ever seen this wouldn’t happen in my other banks, rude and unprofessional

I went to cash my check and was told I can't cash my check it has to be deposited into my account. So when I agreed to that all my funds wouldn't be available until the next day .wtf? If it needs verification verify it bc a check cashing place verifies it right on the spot. I have a chase account at that!!! Highly pissed ... Ion even wanna back with y'all any more bc this doesn't make any sense

Today I received by far the worse customer service I have ever received at Chase bank and I have banked with them since 2005 personal account and my Business account since 2016. Gentlemen that approached me when I walked in to see what I needed and I explained to him I needed to deposit Checks into my business account and move money around.Was quick to tell me that they couldn't help me i was in shock and asked why? Just said no one to assist me There was four employees and only one customer in the bank he talked over me, was unprofessional, and basically denying me service for no reason. I felt very discrimination! I Do not recommend no one to go to this branch. Horrible service.

I love the people that work here. Full stop.
The drive through ATM's, however are almost never functioning and there is never any signage posted saying that. Then, when you try to go up to the doors and use your card to get into the vestibule for that ATM, the card reader is almost always broken or not functioning for whatever reason.

I can only comment on Karla Fernandez, an officer at Chase. She was wonderful and helpful in opening a new account.

The ATM won't take deposits. One won't at all, and the other won't read cash and spits it all back out. This is ridiculous

Chase bank holds check funds, and refuses to release, even when the issuing bank has posted the check. Even when reaching out to the issuing bank, and account holder directly who verify the validity of the check. I was about to open a business account, and now I will be transferring all my accounts to my credit union. Terrible service. I spoke to 4 different people, and they all were hesitant to admit that Chase was holding the funds themselves.

Today I received by far the worse customer service I have ever received at Chase bank and I have banked with them since 2007. Teller talked over me, was unprofessional, and basically ended my transaction denying me service for no reason. I feel that this was borderline discrimination and there will be an investigation started immediately.

I met a very good banker named Janie at the Chase bank branch - 5177 Richmond Ave, Houston, Texas some days ago. She is very professional. She could answer all of my questions by a very simple way. I am a foreigner and my English is not good. That's why I appreciate her so much. The bank should raise her salary now. Thank you Janie.
