Let’s wait 5-10 minutes for the bankers to finish their conversations with their colleagues before actually servicing their customers.

Their customer service was not good. It took the branch manger to assist with transportation

Soooooo. I've been a chase client for about 5 yrs and I have never ever been ignored like today!!!!!. This Will be my first and last time at this location . This location has a very poor customer service if you walk in into this chase bank let me tell you that u need to be either very patience or walk straight to one of the ppl in the office to get their attention. I been waiting for the past 15 min in the lobby. While this guy walks straight to this chase advisor and star asking questions about a problem with his account and personal life for about another 20 min and totally ignore that I got here way before this other guy. Sooo wait for about total of 35 min before they greet me...... finally the guy greet me and it took him 5 min for him to fix my problem. I told him that I was there first and he was like well every time we get and angry/unhappy client we intent to attend them first.....REALLY!!!!!!

Excellent chase bank. I usually self bank at the machines and never have a problem with deposits. When i did have an issue with my account info stolen they trackef down the issue and resolved it instantly and got my money back. Ty chase. Great branch with friendly and helpful staff.

If you want to cash a check that is drafted on CHASE, don’t come here. Went to the CHASE on S. Lancaster & Mentor to cash it without any fuss.

The whole staff is incompetent and should not be trusted to deal with people’s hard earned money. Brain dead

They give you the run around when you have a problem. They are good to help you open up and account or get a new card but when you come to them about an issue they are horrible at helping.

Erica R. is an excellent Banker. She is very welcoming, professional, and friendly. Thank you for all your help and for a great banking experience.

Probably the worst run branch in Dallas. Typically long lines with only two tellers. I've seen people go to Popeyes across the street and pick up an order of chicken to eat while they wait.

Probably the best banking experience I've ever had. I arrived at the branch wanting to withdraw cash, change my address, and report my debit card lost/order a replacement card. Lety helped me with all that, and also provided me with a temporary ATM card and helped me recover my Chase online password. All very professional, quick and without a trace of condescension.

Unfortunately the past few times I’ve used the drive up, the wait time has been ridiculous. They’re more than likely under staffed, but it’s caused a number of people to leave the line. I hope this is resolved soon.

oh my god this is the worst bank ever, they always have 1 teller when there’s over 20 people in line. such slow service and you’re always going to have a wait of 20 minutes or more. they need to get more tellers because i really can’t believe they can have the liner wrap around the inside of the bank and only have one to two tellers MAX helping out

This bank has absurd wait times to see a banker. EVERY time I come here I sit in a chair for 45 min to see a banker. I’m glad most of my banking is done elsewhere.

Dear Lord, been sitting here waiting for a banker for half an hour. Teller says she went to lunch. It's 10:30am. Fail.

Never in 3 years have I had an issue putting checks into the bank until this Friday. I take my father and I's check to chase, and this last friday, Claudia, told me my check wasn't good and that the number was duplicate, (my check for 349~) did not mention anything about my father's check (which is over $1,000) So assuming the best I thought his check was fine, WRONG. I get a call from my mother telling me she has not got the deposit for his check. I go up there first thing monday and talked to Jose Marquez and he told me the check has already been sent off to a database it couldnt be retrieved sooner than a weeks time. OFFERED NO SORT OF COMPENSATION just an apology and said to call them if they had any questions. WHICH THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AT ALL, so i am going to have to make a second trip up there. Waste of my time and energy trying to get this straightens out when I did nothing wrong.

Jose did an excellent job for the second time!
Just like everyone else says it can take a little time to get personal help. However, when you are getting the help you understand why it make take a little time Jose walked me through step by step on something that we couldn't figure out on our own. This will save us time and money in the long run!
Please be patient this is a popular branch! We are happy with the management’s personal attention.

Wait time ~30 minutes to see a teller at 3 on a Thursday. The USPS/federal employees are more efficient than this location. Avoid at all costs.

This is one of the few Chase Banks I've been in that had TWO Human Tellers working. Seriously, normally, I walk into a Chase bank branch and someone at a side desk tries to send me to an ATM. Or, I walk in and there is only one Teller with a line of folks waiting to speak with her. Each time I've politely asked about the lack of tellers, some branch manager tries to make me feel like a weirdo for not just wanting to use the ATM :-/ The 4 stars is simply for the fact that this branch thinks enough of their customers to keep two tellers. Also, the teller that I interacted with was sincere and professional.

This Chase has one of the most difficult to navigate bank parking lots of all time. There is only one way in and out, and it's not marked particularly well. Turn into the wrong driveway and you're in a reserved only school parking lot. On the other side you're in public storage. If you can manage to smoothly pull into the correct lot, actually getting your car into a spot without making a 3000 point turn or just giving up and parking across 2 white lines diagonally is challenging. The folks inside the bank are nice, and due to the exterior challenges, it's usually pretty empty. They don't take cash deposits anymore to accounts for which you are not a listed user, so if you find yourself needing to give someone money you either need to have them pull it from your account or get a money order before coming in.
