I was having trouble applying for a Chase credit card so I went to the local branch to apply. I didn't have an appointment, but they helped me right away. Teresa sat down and helped me fill out the application. She also followed up with me during the approval process. Great customer service.

I recently visited Chase Bank and was impressed with the exceptional customer service. Upon entering, I received a warm welcome. The bank teller was extremely helpful and considerate of my cultural traditions when I requested $1-$2 bills for lucky money for the kids. He even offered me red envelopes, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, one of the bank officers kindly gave me lunar calendar books. I felt truly appreciated and valued as a customer. Thank you to the two individuals I met this afternoon for starting my Lunar New Year on a wonderful note!

Made an appointment and got scheduled with one of the notary person Altresa. Went to this location to get my visa document notarized.
She was so inconsiderate and unskilled, she told me she won’t stamp or sign on any of my documents. She printed out some form and asked me to choose which type of form I want, I said I want to get my documents stamped and signed as notarized. She said I won’t do that you, can try with ups, I don’t have much idea about that. I can only sign and stamp other forms she downloaded from her system. Please don’t keep such notary person if they don’t know what to do or they don’t want to do the job. Highly inconvenient.

Very poor customer service. They couldn't provide me with my direct deposits numbers. I had to tell the teller 3 × 4 month, January and February. It's only $10000 every 2 minutes. He'll ask how much is the amount and then I asked not to print a statement and then she prints a statement. I get to a manager and he was his name was Thomas. He was no help at all. Bottom line: NO DRIVE THROUGH.This is bad public protocol in the spread of contamination of dangerous viral and bacterial particles among the humans. What if i get exposed to anthrax deep in the woods and come in and cough it all over you. Or, somebody comes in and spreads cholera. Or, what if a cashier sneezes yellow fever on my hand. Then it will spread from family to family and throughout the community like a burst of wildfire. It will consume the human population. Look no further in the history books than the plagues that wiped out half of Europe in the 14th century.I would save my important business for inside. Honk if you do not want to get sick and DIE!

Lousy customer service, especially saturday they make you wait for an hour and then tell you they another client apt. make you wait forever. Basically lack of coordination and Lazy employees don't care at all about customer time. Park Blvd and Coit has better service. Avoid this branch at any cost.
