I was having trouble applying for a Chase credit card so I went to the local branch to apply. I didn't have an appointment, but they helped me right away. Teresa sat down and helped me fill out the application. She also followed up with me during the approval process. Great customer service.

Great customer service. Had a problem with monthly service fee, fixed it within minutes
