Very poor customer service. They couldn't provide me with my direct deposits numbers. I had to tell the teller 3 × 4 month, January and February. It's only $10000 every 2 minutes. He'll ask how much is the amount and then I asked not to print a statement and then she prints a statement. I get to a manager and he was his name was Thomas. He was no help at all. Bottom line: NO DRIVE THROUGH.This is bad public protocol in the spread of contamination of dangerous viral and bacterial particles among the humans. What if i get exposed to anthrax deep in the woods and come in and cough it all over you. Or, somebody comes in and spreads cholera. Or, what if a cashier sneezes yellow fever on my hand. Then it will spread from family to family and throughout the community like a burst of wildfire. It will consume the human population. Look no further in the history books than the plagues that wiped out half of Europe in the 14th century.I would save my important business for inside. Honk if you do not want to get sick and DIE!

Lousy customer service, especially saturday they make you wait for an hour and then tell you they another client apt. make you wait forever. Basically lack of coordination and Lazy employees don't care at all about customer time. Park Blvd and Coit has better service. Avoid this branch at any cost.

Worst bank ever. The bank let someone impersonate the owner of our family business and steal $3,500 from our account. We have tried twice to get this resolved but continue to get shut down and say they cannot help. I would never recommend Chase Bank. .

Not terrible but their ATM has eaten my cash during deposits on several occasions which I had to make a claims to have returned. Also their exchange rate for foreign currency is a joke, might as well do it at the airport. If GBP is $1.13 why charge $1.30???

Chase is just like most other banks, they treat you like scum for using them. I have been treated like crap on 2 separate occasions by Chase's customer service. The last straw was when I had a $150 dispute. Chase doesn't let you upload any information through the app or online. They make you call in to file a dispute and explain what happened. Next, days will go by until you receive another phone call telling you they need more information. Well, no kidding. I was trying to give you that information days ago, but you said I couldn't upload it anywhere. Then, get this, they'll tell you that you need to defend your dispute and provide them with the documentation by either MAILING IN THE PROOF OR FAXING IT. WHAT???? Let me get this straight. It's 2022, and I have a measly $150 dispute. You won't let me complete the dispute online or upload any of the (many) emails I have. You expect me to print off all the emails and either snail mail it in or go somewhere to fax it???? Wow. So, I just left this branch to pull out a substantial amount of my money from one of my accounts. Hey, if you're going to treat me like I don't keep any of my money at your bank, then I might as well not keep any of my money at your bank! Why would I trust you with several thousands of dollars if I can't trust you to handle a $150 dispute correctly? If they don't support me on the disputed charge, I'll be going back up there to drain my other accounts and close them. What's the point? I've had other issues with their rude customer service, but I won't go into that. They just don't care, case closed.

Why can't they hire more people? too much wait time. I see lot of empty rooms. Just two staffs trying to run around. Why to open too many offices while no one is there to work for??However someone did help me and am happy with his assistance.

Drive through was fast and non hostile, inside was kinda stuffy. Bank managers acted a bit superior, but I'm just as educated and I've done fine.
