There drive through atm stays closed I don’t know how a national bank operates like this but it’s quite frustrating

I came to this location and visited the drive thru. On my visit I had a worn out $100 bill that I was sure wasn’t going to feed into the atm. I pulled up to the teller and informed her it had been washed. This young lady comes back and says it’s counterfeit. I’m like no ma’am the bill has the blue strip that may be peeling due to the wash. Once i disputed the bill being counterfeit you then offered to use another method other than her pen to test. I feel as though that should have been 1st course of action before assuming the bill was a counterfeit. As seen in the image below the bill was marked several of times front and back with yellow and black lines.

Try to call your branch for a simple inquiry… GOOOD LUCK!! System cuts you off. They have, I counted 24 options & sub options! Not one yields a human!!! I can believe I’ve been a client for decades

Do not EVER do business with Chase Bank. This branch is completely unresponsive and unable to solve problems. Reps will meet with you once, promise to solve a problem, then disappear - and refuse to answer phone calls, emails. Customer service is a joke.

Horrible bank, clueless inefficient staff. I made an appointment to close my deceased parents' small accounts and obtain a check payable to my Mom's estate. I brought all the required documentation to the appointment. First, they told me they'd have to send my certified copy of the letters testamentary to their attorney and that would take a day. I've made 3 more trips to the bank since and still don't have the check despite there being no issues whatsoever with my documentation. They NEVER answer their phone. I'll never do business with Chase based on my experience with this bureaucratic mess.

Staff is very inexperienced and untrained. They do not answer the phone- ever- have called them from the lobby and they will not pick up phone even if no customers in bank. Worst service ever.

Borrowed more than $100,000 from this large bank. Loan closing was on Friday, 4/23/30. I did not receive the loan proceeds until 4/29/21. Money deposited at Chase, where I have been a customer for more than 20 years, & Chase still has a hold on my money until 5/11/21. Worst experience of my life, as Chase is in the money lending business, & they do not value their individual customers. It is time for change in the consumer banking business, in my opinion. Long fintech.
