Do not EVER do business with Chase Bank. This branch is completely unresponsive and unable to solve problems. Reps will meet with you once, promise to solve a problem, then disappear - and refuse to answer phone calls, emails. Customer service is a joke.

Staff is very inexperienced and untrained. They do not answer the phone- ever- have called them from the lobby and they will not pick up phone even if no customers in bank. Worst service ever.

This branch has it! From the teller line to the manager, I've never experienced a negative attitude or combative employee. Whatever I have needed to be done for me and my account, has been done.
