Chubby Hispanic young lady denied to cash my insurance claim check I got from the insurance company whom banks with chase bank! She also denied me as I asked to open an account! Will be going to this location to get her name tomorrow!

My customer went to the bank to withdraw cash , the door was locked at 12:30 why ? Do they close for lunch? (The entire bank? ) I called for the customer and the bank never answered the call.
