This is the worst bank in Dallas. Won’t honor appointments and have lazy bank managers who won’t help you open accounts when you walk in to do business with them. Jonathan the manager refused to help us because it was above him to help after we had a scheduled appointment because our banker that was supposed to help us wasn’t there - his words - I can help but next week … I need help TODAY which is why I booked the appointment for TODAY… ?

Tatiana was amazing, really good service I have been to another location and they were bad, can't even were able to open an account, this one was super helpful
