I have called my branch multiple times and no one ever answers. You don’t even have the option to hold and wait for someone. The recording tells you to call back at another time. That is horrible customer service!

Comunication with the bank is terrible. You can't call the bank directly. I set up a phone meeting but they were suppose to call me but never did. Nw I will have to visit the bank in person to set up a new meeting.
