We stopped by and customer service was ? the way it should be. Ricky, was the employee that helped us with any questions my kids had about some jeans. 3 kids tried on jeans and Ricky continued to come back with different suggestions and jean style/cut. My kids really don't go out much and really don't socialize a lot but this gentleman really threw out such a helpfull and respectful vibe.
There was another employee and I'm sorry I really didn't get his name (I think it was Alfredo) but he was also helpful.

“So my son is 14, he had a Grammy themed event, he wanted his fit to look similar to Chris Brown’s on the Red Carpet. I went here (sent by Mr. ShowTime) I got the same suite I had been seeing for less including the shirt. The total came to the asking price at RedBird Mall before taxes. I showed Tarra what I needed, I was in and out in 15mins or less, shirt and suite! Despite the outcome of my event, the service was swift and nothing less than great!! “I came in today with my Niece and Nephews to buy some grip tape and hardware and bro working was killing it. It was super busy with lots of people in the store and he was attentive to all the customers and helped us pick out some dope grip tape. His payment system wasn't working so he helped me order it online for in-store pickup. My phone started acting up and dying and bro busted out a phone charger like a true boss. Then he chopped it up with the lil homies I had in tow and had them laughing while I dealt with my wack ass phone. I was able to complete my transaction with his further assistance and we walked out as some super satisfied customers. Give this dude a promotion and a fat raise.
