“I have been a regular customer since 2025, and my experience has always been very positive. The customer service is friendly and professional. The entire team communicates respectfully, answers my questions patiently, and truly cares about customer satisfaction.
The products may be a little more expensive than others in the competitive market, but I believe they are worth the price. As a consumer, I prefer quality over quantity. The fabric, materials, stitching, design, and overall quality of the products are excellent. The items feel comfortable, durable, and carefully made. I would rather spend a little more on a high-quality product that lasts longer than purchase something cheaper that may not meet my expectations.
Overall, I am very satisfied with both the products and the customer service. Their professionalism, personal attention, respect for customers, and commitment to quality are the main reasons I continue to shop with them. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality products and a pleasant shopping experience.”

The selection of Islamic gifts is impressive, including beautifully crafted Qurans, English and Urdu Translation Quran, Kids Story books, alcohol-free fragrances, and stunning Islamic calligraphy. The prayer mats are of high quality and perfect for any occasion.
The daughter who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making our shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. “I've never been to DD's discount but definitely heard a lot about them from other people, and now I see why. I was blown away by their selection!! It's like a Ross/ Burlington but with cheaper prices, I would say if you're planning to go to one of those stores, try DD's. They have beauty products, home items, snacks. I'll definitely be back...I'm thinking about doing my whole home over lol.”
“I love my Irving mall. The stores are a little run down and so are the people, but this is my local mall so I end up coming in at least 2x a week. The best part about the mall is the AMC movie theater that has an awesome full bar. Like seriously, they serve liquor, make margaritas, and my favorite make a mean pina colata! The anchor stores used to be Dillars, Burlington, and Sears, but Sears is now closed. There's a GNC, Vitamin World, Trampoline park, and fitness connection all in the mall. Lots of cool, small indy stores too. Tons of weird finds. The mall's not fancy but its a good enough place to go to kill time and people watch when bored. Usually I'll end up spending some money at Los Lupes or the food court. Come find me!”

“I visited Gloria’s boutique in search for a quinceañera dress for my daughter, keep in mind it was my very first experiencing the quince dress shopping lol I loved everything about this boutique. First it was by appointment which I loved! because it’s a one on one visit and there is no rushing. Gloria was very patient and helpful! I 100% recommend Gloria’s boutique in Irving Tx AND yes.. we said YES TO THE DRESS!!!”

“Amazing customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Lizzy. She helped me pick out some good jeans. She is very hard working unlike her co workers. If you walk in regularly you will notice she is the only one that actually works. She is always making sure the store is ready and presentable for the next customer that walks in. She goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you need while her co workers are doing nothing. She is very very helpful to say the least. I would recommend this store when lizzy is there.”
“Very similar to other Victoria’s Secret locations in terms of layout and product selection. The staff here felt a bit more present and visible compared to some other stores, which was appreciated, even though there weren’t many special offers or promotions at the time of my visit.
One downside was finding the store — Google Maps was quite confusing inside the mall. I ended up walking almost the entire mall before realizing the store is located just to the left of Entrance/Door 2. Unfortunately, I initially went right following the map directions, which led me in circle.
Overall, a standard Victoria’s Secret experience with helpful staff, but finding the store could be much easier with better in-mall navigation or clearer directions.”
“First time in the store, even though it's been here since 2006 i can't believe I've never seen it you really have to go and look for it, so many different styles and sizes, I love they put clothes by their color easier to find what you're looking for, clothes are a good material worth the price, I needed a last minute outfit and I found it here, the girls working there were really nice definitely gonna keep coming back.”
