My first and last time to this location. The Indian young lady who works in the pharmacy was uncomfortably sarcastic with me when picking up my prescription inside the store.

There are no words for how busted and mismanaged this terrible location is. Little employees, awful treatment of customers and its even worse when you see elderly people shopping in angst when there is no live person to assist with anything. This location is about as lowlife as CVS can get. Stay faaaaaaar away from this location, and try your luck at the one on the corner of NW Highway and Lake Highlands Drive, or better yet the far superior (and cheaper) Target in the same parking lot as this a-hole of a location.

Literally stood waiting for 10 minutes for help with a passport photo and then the cashier helped somebody who had just walked up. USELESS

EDIT: I've never come back to edit a review but it seems they do have one employee who's carrying people's weight. Although I was told my pictures were discarded I stopped by on my way home and my pictures were right there on the counter..!? On athe proper paper, and the frames were right there too. The lady, whose name I didn't get I believe the manager at the time, actually made an effort to assist me! They were not able to assemble the frames because they were trying to do it in a rush while I was there so I wouldn't have to come back again, but she allowed me to take the pictures and frames with me so I could assemble them myself per my request and compensated me on the price without me even having to ask as well a competent manager should if she knew half the ordeal. Extremely pleasantly surprised and appreciative to be treated like a human being and customer. Thank you.I had the worst ordeal of poor/rude customer service and overall incompetency I've ever experienced at this location. First of all, while sitting at the photo kiosk very clearly trying to navigate their convoluted and dated system an employee approached me and asked me if I was going to buy anything although I was actively working a kiosk with several items I was going to purchase sitting next to me. I pointed out the obvious and she said there's no loitering? Obviously unaware of the definition of loitering. When I asked for assistance to expedite my purchase, her and her fellow employee were absolutely no help, having no idea how to work their own system or what the sales their kiosk was advertising referred to. At checkout due to the fact she was unaware of what their sales, specifically a 50% off floating frame and picture deal, came with she kept my two large collages that were printed and right there in front of me, wouldn't let me just have those because based on my experience thus far I knew there was going to be some issue, and told me to come back tomorrow to pick them up, call ahead, etc. When I called back the next day they notified me that the pictures had been printed on the wrong paper and their printer had since broken down or some such lame excuse so they couldn't honor the sales and when I asked if I could come just pick up my photos that took me well over an hour to arrange and have printed she notified me they had thrown them away... I'm still shocked by the loitering comment, their employees utter incompetence when it comes to their systems, lack of training in general and just overall lack of anything resembling customer service or assistance. Would not recommend this store to an enemy and would honestly appreciate some sort of compensation for my wasted time and effort and the way I was treated. Please do better CVS.

Honestly don't even bother coming to this location they don't honor store hours because they're too eagered to "get off" I even let them know it was an emergency and needed the Tylenol because my son had a high fever but they didn't care. They sent me off to a different location. Keep in mind they close at midnight and it was 11:40 when I showed up.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. First they tell me my prescription that was placed at 6:30 would be ready by 10pm. On the website I asked that this be expedited as I don't have time to wait 3 1/2 hours. I get my text that it's ready and I head back cause I wasn't sitting there for 3 1/2 hours, I had other things to do. When I arrive at 8:10 the pharmacy is already closed despite telling me that my prescription would be ready by 10pm. If the pharmacy isn't open past 8 why the HELL would you tell someone that there prescription won't be ready til 10. When I went inside i asked why it said 10pm and the girl behind the front counter just said , I don't know. So I had to call another CVS to fill my order cause this one was already closed. This will be the LAST time I ever even go in this CVS and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. F****** ridiculous.

The pharmacist asked me questions about my medications, mentioning the names loudly, while other customers were waiting a couple feet away. I asked her to please speak quietly for privacy. She rolled her eyes, said "sorry," and walked off. I felt humiliated. Next time I will go to my old pharmacy, even though it is much further away.
