Dallas Capital Bank has been serving customers for many years, with a dedicated and experienced staff. It offers a small bank feel combined with modern conveniences. The bank provides excellent, white glove service to clients and takes good care of its team members. Although hours may need updating online, the bank is known for its reliable service and strong community presence.
I was running late and needed to cash a check. I arrived to the bank at 4:30 PM and it was closed. There was still employees working inside. The officer inside was advising that they closed when Rudy Segura saw me and waived me inside. I was so happy they assisted me after hours. He was awesome 😃😃

We have been Customers of Dallas Capital Bank for 45 Years and all of the Employees have always been very supportive and friendly! They are the best and helpful! I wouldn’t go to any other Bank! Thank You,

Been with the about 7 years now. The staff is a solid team. Most have been there longer that me. It’s nice to have that small bank feel when it comes to my money with all the modern conveniences.
