Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership!!!!! We bought a 2019 Chevy Tahoe on Dec 5 and the check engine light came on two days later. After hours of fighting with them to get it fixed with their 30 day dealership warranty, they started refusing maintenance and a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. It's now Dec 26, they still have my vehicle, it's not being touched and they are refusing to talk to me!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND I WOULD RECOMMEND 0 out of 10 for any service or purchase from this dealership!!!!

I want to give five star review to Waco and Richard at Dallas Dodge. My husband and I had a transmission issue happen to our Ram Pro master. Somehow water got into the transmission and we did not extend our warranty so the repair for about 10,000 was not covered at all. I did try to get our insurance to pay for it but they denied the claim. Waco helped try to work out different solutions to help us. I was not able to utilize any of the good ideas. Even though they had already bought three Pro Masters that month and did not need to make that purchase especially at the end of the month, they did purchase our Van at an incredible fair deal. These people that work at the Dallas Dodge are not just used car sales men, They are really nice people that do care about their customers. Thank you Waco and Richard for caring about our family during the holiday season.

DO NOT!!!!! DO NOT!!!! DO NOTTTTT come to this dealership for repairs. Stay FAR AWAY from here. I have brought my truck ram 2020 bought NEW ,ZERO MILES!!!!! For repairs NOT once ,NOT twice ,NOT three times. I have brought my truck back FOUR times!! 4!!!!!!!! The first two times i paid 250 each time. So spent 500 dollars. Third time it was waived. The least they could have done! I hope it gets waived the 4th time! It's crazy within the span of 2 months i have had to bring my truck back! October i brought it, went to Mexico first week of November truck started to do the exact same thing! Within the same week of me bringing the truck back it did the SAME THING! THATS THREE TIMES! I brought the truck BACK TWICE IN ONE MONTH!!!!!!! Now here we are December the week I'm suppose to travel to Mexico and now i have to cancel MY TRIP! Because I'm having to bring it back A FOURTH TIME! This is insane ‼‼‼ and the service supervisor seem to have not cared. Waco has helped but the problem is not even being fixed!

Surreal. Corey was surreal. Gas lighting was incredible. Took months to get my van back. They wanted it because of the shortage of parts and they had about 50 fleet vans in the lot that matched mine from Amazon. They said mine was broken and wanted to buy for $2k. The insurance said it was worth $18k. Then when my insurance guy showed up, it ran. But when I showed back up it didn't run. It was incredible. My insurance adjuster said they were the worst, but that they could not give me payment for a car that runs. The service manager was full of lies, trickery, treating me like a dumb girl, while stealing Fuel Rail off the car. Then telling me the engine is broken. They stole my whole fuel rail. Then told me the car didn't run. Then they finally gave it back and it was missing the connection tubes. It was the most surreal experience in my life. Look under the hood before you drive home and insist on seeing the work done. Corey, the service manager, will lie to you with both sides of his mouth. I have been trying to get the car back since end of March but the tech has been keeping my parts. I show corey my engine is missing, litterally has gaps where the parts are gone, and he says, "What parts?" I eventually got my parts back after a couple of months of fighting and showing pictures. The tech did come out and say, "Lady, you don't even need those parts." REALLY? My engine doesn't need the fuel rail????My service guy finally got the van out of there for me and gave me a discount on the diagnostic. Thanks???

Big shoutout to sales rep Mohammed for hands-down, the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had. He treated my family and I with sincerity and patience even after we decided to change our minds on a vehicle multiple times. Ultimately, we decided on a Charger and Mo made sure to stick his neck out to get us the best possible deal. Also, huge thanks to the manager in charge and other staff who also put work in to make it happen. We got treated as family rather than just-another-sale, and for that, thank you & happy holidays!

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS. PROBABLY DON'T BUY A CAR THERE.I took my jeep there for oil change, inspection and repair of a driver's side front window that wasn't working. Got it back late evening on Friday. Paid over $550 Following Sunday it was dead in my garage and the entire electrical system was out. Not just that window. The point is their service department screwed me over big time. Instead of correcting one problem they created more problems. And then decided to get snotty with me because now I have been without transportation Since Sunday and now the day before Thanksgiving I have no transportation. Their service tech Johnny lies at every opportunity trying to get me to agree this was caused by me. That is a flat out lie. Their service manager Salvador Sosa is useless. How can you screw up a repair between Friday and Sunday and not admit the job was repaired incorrectly. Somehow, magically, they say I did something to that caused this.They have had made my vehicle inoperable. The electrical system was working fine except for my window. Now, after their "Repairs" the entire electrical system doesn't work. This is the second time they've had it in their shop. Their tow truck delivered it to them noon yesterday. It is now 24 hours since then and they have accomplished nothing and don't even reply to phone calls, texts or emails. Their staff has so totally screwed this up that their only interest now is trying to find a way to shift blame to meSo, now I was supposed to be spending Thanksgiving with friends and I'm without transportation. Do not trust Johnny their tech or Salvador Sosa their Service Manager. They lie so smoothly now they must have years of extra experience lying to customers. I REPEAT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DALLAS DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM. THEY WILL 100% SCREW YOU OVER.

Where is my car?My jeep was starting to inch towards overheating a little on my way to work at the end of October, so I took it to a mechanic right by my office to make sure there was nothing critical broken. They let me know I needed a new radiator fan assembly and engine thermostat. I have a lifetime warranty on my jeep so I opted to drive it to the dealership to see if the warranty would cover the repairs. Dropped it off on 10/25 and explained what needed to be fixed, they said they wouldn't fix it without doing their own diagnosis, totally understand, no problem. They said it was my radiator cap that needed to be replaced, that's it. I was a little confused but made the mistake of trusting them and picked my jeep up on 10/26. Fast forward to four days later on 10/31, driving home from work and my jeep actually overheats - dashboard lights up, car is dinging at me, way worse than before I ever took it in. It's like the dealership broke it more. I pull over and call the dealership to get the number for a tow truck. I was put on hold and hung up on multiple times before the receptionist, Veronica, was able to help me and get me the number. This began the horrible customer service. I have yet to hear from anyone with what's actually wrong with my jeep. How much will it cost? When will it be ready? I've been told it would be "ready tomorrow" numerous times now. I have to call for updates, nobody has called me first. Nobody answers when I call besides Veronica, who has been the only helpful person but doesn't have access to all the information because she's not a service advisor (she should be the service manager, not whoever is in charge now). When I call my service advisor's direct line, it goes to voicemail, then the mailbox is full. I've been on hold with the service department numerous times for over 30 minutes with no answer. It's now 11/18 and I still have no answers. Typed this whole thing while I was on hold waiting for someone in service to answer. Update - got a ride up to the dealership to try and find someone to help me and the service advisors were standing around watching football while the phones were ringing off the hook.

My service guy Johnny is great! But the management he answers to isn't. They do not treat well or accommodate their customers for service issues, manafufactors issues or loaners.Issues that you've been in for from day 1, multiple times that could have been repaired when originally reported. Management will not return calls, messages or emails. Poor customer service. Should really make your customers feel more valued.

My experience was over and beyond exceptional.Chris Moore truly blessed my family, he made the impossible happen. We we walked out with a reliable car for me and my kids. I would forever recommend him to anyone looking for a car and for a dealership that truly cares. I will forever remember this wonderful man.

The best service experience I have had of all the dealerships in the Austin and Dallas areas, since owning my 2015 Jeep. I needed more than just routine maintenance and the work was completed and keys back in my hand the very same day. Work and estimates were clearly explained beforehand and they covered the cost of Lyft to take me home and then pick me up again after completion. The service drive was clean, and the dealership was impressive. Corey the service manager knows how to take care of people, and my service advisor, Isaiah, was very friendly and helpful, updating me in a timely manner. These guys know how to communicate! This service time is worth your time. If you have had a history of poor service experiences with other Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealerships, transfer your business here. You won’t be sorry!

Zero stars…the entire experience was horrible and I hope to never use this dealership again. The service dept. has declined throughout the years. My rep Roberto never returned any of my calls. I even received a text message saying I could reach him via text. I sent about 5 text and no response.Yesterday morning he called to inform me of the issue. I told him let me consult with someone and I will call him right back. I called him back four times and sent five text and as of today not one return call or text.So this morning I called to tell him I will have my car picked up by a tow truck and could I just pay the $180 diagnostic charge over the phone. Well I was transferred to service and some guy answered and told me to hold and I held for quite some time before hanging up to call back. I called a third time and Salvador answered. He was able to inform the mechanic to put my car “back together” and that the tow truck was on the way. So finally someone who is doing their job.Lastly once the tow driver arrived, he called me and said I had a balance. I told him to ask if I can pay over the phone. They informed him that they would send me a link. I did not get the link so I called right back and the lady put me on hold. By the time she came back I had received the link. So I was telling her disregard the call I have what I need…and she rudely hung up on me!!!This is ridiculous. Customer service for people potentially spending money at your dealership (most of the times large amounts of money) this is certainly NOT the way to treat them. Maybe you all can train new employees on how NOT to treat customers.My decision not to have my thermostat replaced at your dealership was strictly based on the service I receivedZero stars!

I brung my car up here to get the top back working I left it there for 3 days last Tuesday and came back friday to get it the top was working but I had things on my car broken that wasn't broken before I am very upset especially since my service person said that they wasn't gone fix it because they don't have parts for my car .... But originally they where going to send me home with my top not working I had to tell them y'all called me and said the top was working and I get here and nothing is working so they had to take it back to the back and check it out again this is ridiculous

I Bought a car from this dealership back in April for my birthday. I was recommended to this dealership by two friends that gave them such high praise. But unfortunately in my situation my experience was totally different. First off I must give some praise to the Car Salesman who sold me the car. Miracle was super professional and he is really great at what he does. It’s sad to see such great talent wasted at a terrible dealership. Miricle I’d buy from you again but not from dallas dodge EVER. I bought a Benz from this dealer and not even 1 months later the motor locked up due to lack of oil being in the car. The extended warranty denied my claim saying that the fluids in the car appeared to have “Contaminated Fluids”. At this time I only had only put 700 miles on the car and if the dealership did their required inspection like they are supposed to there would be no need to contaminate any fluids. I hadn’t put enough mileage on the car to be due for an oil change and I was under the impression that I bought a reliable vehicle from a credible and reputable dealership. If you want to end up like me please shop here. Worst car buying experience ever! They refuse to even hear my complaint or do anything about it. What a waste of time and money .

My experience was incredible!! Donzeal assist me on my new 2023 dodge charger and he followed up with me after my purchase. I absolutely love it. 10/10 recommend buying a car here.
