Dallas Life is a well-organized and safe homeless and recovery center located in a quiet part of downtown Dallas. It offers a variety of helpful amenities, including private rooms for families, a full dining area with three free meals a day, and a secure environment with 24-hour security and a maintenance crew. The facility is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place for those in need. Staff and volunteers are generally courteous, caring, and go over and beyond to assist residents, including veterans and families. The center provides a temporary place to stay, with a pay-to-stay program costing $15 per night, which is helpful for residents arriving with some money. While some reviews mention occasional rudeness from staff or dissatisfaction with policies, many acknowledge that the primary goal is to help residents save money and eventually move on to independent living. The shelter's location is convenient, close to rail stations, and parking is secure and well-lit. Residents are encouraged to practice patience, keep an open mind, and remain humble, as the facility strives to support their journey towards stability. Overall, Dallas Life is seen as a blessing by those who use it, offering a safe haven for individuals and families facing homelessness, with opportunities for long-term care and support. Many express gratitude for the staff’s dedication and the positive impact the center has had on their lives.

When it comes to homeless shelters this is the most comfortable at the expense of being treated like a drug addict the motto is assume guilty until proven innocent and despite claiming being Cristian they judge you very quickly
