There are roaches, no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Microwave in the lobby barely works. The sink facet came apart and doesn't work. I got a accessible room but the bed was so high I had trouble getting on it and the bed was very small. The batteries in the remote were also out.

The services were so bad to the point where you can't even rate the the people they stole money off of my card. Never returned my deposit very rude, very unclean hand roaches, just port customer service, overall needs to be shut down.
