“Absolutely STUNNING space. Everything was so comfy and cozy. The attention to detail and the aesthetics were top notch. I really enjoyed being able to just sip a cocktail or coffee on the giant front porch. I felt so taken care of the entire time. It was my first time visiting and I can't wait to go back and stay in the other rooms, each one seems to have so much charm and history! Location was perfect for us, literally a 5 minute drive from the event we were attending.”

“Hotel is clean and beautiful, and the rooms are generally spacious. They have a couple restaurants on site, but one is often closed. The other has a mimited menu, good for dinner one night. The drawback is the area. The Dallas downtown doesn't seem to have a thriving residential sector, so businesses that provide food and market items are widely spaced. Definitely not a location that makes you feel in the thick of things to do. Vending is limited on site. The Vending and Ice room on the floor had just an ice machine, and vending machines have been removed. The on site market has limited hours.”

“A Timeless Dallas Favorite. Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is one of our favorite places in Dallas. My husband and I love coming here, whether it’s for lunch, dinner, cocktails, or a hotel stay. It is also one of our favorite places to bring friends and family when we want them to experience something special. The atmosphere is elegant, warm, and timeless, with the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The service is always attentive and professional, and the food and drinks are consistently wonderful. Every visit feels memorable, whether we are enjoying a quiet dinner, celebrating with guests, or simply stopping in for a cocktail. “This place was a good stay, I was in Dallas for a concert at the American Airlines Center (20min walk) so it was perfect. Pretty nice location too. Coffee shops, food, 7/11, and the museum all within walking distance. Pool was clean, gym had great equipment, however I will say there was only one elevator working the entire weekend so that was pretty annoying. Other than that it was worth it and I’d stay again.”

“Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction at the moment which means the quickest route to the action is closed and you have to walk around in the blistering heat. Ubers to the Stockyards and other attractions were costly so factor this in. Not really safe to be out at night so transport is a must to Deep Ellum etc due to the remoteness of the hotel and the construction adding to the journey. Fab hotel. Food delicious and breakfast great value. Staff were also polite and professional. Room service very speedy and good was hot when it arrived. All in all a great stay for our first time in Dallas.”

To be honest my sister and I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and were so glad we did, the interior is so pretty (their interior designer ate). Location was perfect and close to literally anything and everything. We didn’t get to try the food or bar but hopefully will be back. Gym was clean and nice too.”

“It’s a very chic hotel with lovely, modern rooms. I was there for a work training so basically didn’t leave the hotel for 3 days. A big thank you to Camilo, Clay, Justin, and Anna for their attentive and efficient service! The tech ran smoothly, everyone loved the catered lunches, and the coffee was good. Definitely top notch service and would recommend this hotel. The only confusing part were the different elevator banks to access different floors, and I think the parking garage could use some more signage for exits and elevators.”

“We had a really nice stay here from check in til checkout. The hotel lobby smells great. They have a nice entrance, lounge area, dining area and the elevators accommodate high volume. Ben who is in the breakfast area is so pleasant and well spoken. The ladies who checked us in are listed on the card in the photo and both were really nice. It’s close to the galleria mall but due to layout of the roads you cannot walk, uber was $8 both ways.”

“We had the best experience here at this hotel from the valet with Trey at the entrance. Excellent service he got us waters made us feel like we were Vip! He made us feel so seen and loved. Even up to the rooftop with Julian the bartender was excellent he was so personable and incredible bartender. The views Were immaculate, If you want true Vip service come here. “I'd like to specifically acknowledge that both the valet staff and Skylar in reception were the most welcoming, helpful, and hilarious people I interacted with at the Statler. They made sure I knew how to get around Dallas safely, and as a young woman traveling alone at night in a new city, they went above and beyond to help me find safe means of travel at the odd hours I had to come and go, but also made sure that the people picking me up seemed trustworthy and even helped when it seemed like a risk. They may not even realize it, but they are doing very important work for guests staying there that most certainly isn't part of their expected role. So kudos to every single gentleman I met at the Valet stand and to Skylar, the late night reception queen!”

“The hotel and conference center is ready to host your event. We had a group of 600 and were never cramped or disappointed in our accommodations. One evening event room was a too small for our number of attendees but could have been our underestimation. Audio and video were less than perfect and are my biggest complaints for the daily sessions. I would like to see this improvement as a priority. Overall, the hotel experience was good. I did find the business center lacking when I wanted to print some notes. The printer was out of toner.”

“The location is perfect—so walkable and literally steps away from the iconic Katy Trail. The absolute highlight was relaxing on the rooftop pool deck; it has gorgeous views of the city skyline and a fantastic, laid-back energy. We also had a wonderful dinner downstairs at Good Graces, their French-brasserie-inspired restaurant, which serves incredible steaks and fresh dishes. For a stylish getaway with a perfect pool vibe and great food, this place is hard to beat!”

“The aesthetic of the hotel is incredibly appealing to the eye, and the location is highly convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed having the restaurant and coffee shop on-site, as well as the pool on the roof. My absolute favorite part of the stay was how nicely the hotel was decorated and detailed. Additionally, everyone who works there is such a delight and so nice. I had a fantastic time and cannot wait to go back and check out the pool parties.”
