“Elegant and nice, the restaurant definitely met our expectations. Food was delicious, staff was very professional and kind. A bit pricey, but worth every single penny.”

“I always love staying at the Hyatt wherever I travel to. This is my first time at the one in Dallas. From the beginning, I had kind of a special request with my parking when I arrived because there is a large event and I am handling a lot of things by myself. Before I made it inside, Jarrell eased my worries with parking my car and moving it to a secure location. He was so kind and understanding and made me feel welcome before the concierge arrived with the baggage cart. Thank you Jarrell! I will remember you always for your kindness and efficiency.”

“We landed in DFW quite late after a delayed flight and had to get up at 5 am in the morning. It was pricey for the few hours we were there. But it is literally in the middle of the airport! Our room was very quiet.Rooms: QuietFood & drinks: Great menu and wait staff.”

“Great staff. The minimal space was ok. The only real drawback was the lack of a window or bedside light so the only 2 options were dark or very bright overhead. Location is great for walking downtown in one direction and Deep Ellum in the other.”

“My partner and I ordered the Valentine's day package and we absolutely loved it. The champagne, strawberries, and caviar were all delicious and such a lovely treat for the night! We also had a great time getting a couples massage at the spa, everyone was very kind, friendly, and professional. You will not regret booking a night or two here for a luxury experience, the staff goes above and beyond and it definitely shows! As an LGBT couple there's always the anxiety of going somewhere and getting couple's experiences/items together, but Hotel Zaza made us feel very welcomed and safe. They treated us like any other couple which was so relieving! I highly recommend you plan a night here, and if you want to eat inside the Dragonfly, make sure to reserve a table early in advance!Rooms: We stayed in the deluxe parlour king and it was very comfortable and roomy. We loved all the art pieces and unique furniture, and the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable! Excellent bathroom stocked with plenty of towels and amenities too. The private mini bar is an excellent addition, it has everything you'll need to mix a drink or grab something small.Food & drinks: The food and drinks from the Dragonfly were incredible. Perfectly strong and very filling! Me and my partner were a bit worried with it being our first time staying at a luxury hotel that the food might not be super filling like you often see in fancy places. But the portions were perfect, and absolutely delicious! And the drinks will set whatever mood you're going for!Noteworthy details: The spa is such a lovely place, you have a room to relax in before/after your appointment with some tea and small snacks. They have some lovely scents to choose from for aromatherapy, and the rooms are incredibly relaxing and beautiful.”

“The girl at the front desk was awful. She acted like we were a total inconvenience and she wanted to be somewhere else. Her attitude totally sucked. Otherwise the hotel is nice. The rooftop bar is nice. The food was good. The room is pretty. Will I stay here again? NoWalkability: Easy to walk to shops.”

“First, allow me to say this hotel is beautiful. They are accommodating, rooms very clean, hotel close to hot spots such as Dallas Farmers Market, and restaurant food amazing. The only reason it did not get a 5 is due to you having to pay for parking and there is NO MICROWAVE in the rooms or hotel period. For the price you pay per night, you should not have to pay for parking and be able to warm food.”

“From the time Uber dropped me off with staff ready to help with my luggage to checking in, you all have raised the bar for any hotel experience. The food, divine! All of it! I can’t wait to come back because I already crave the Biscoff cheesecake and butternut squash soup - in that order! There is an ambiance to the property that is so welcoming, clean, and relaxing.I am grateful for our corporate partnership and can’t wait to visit again!”

“My husband and I stayed here during our stay in Dallas. The hotel room was really nice, the rooms and bathrooms were all clean and we ate breakfast at the grill both mornings we stayed. I was not crazy about the breakfast food and only ate there because breakfast was included in our stay. The rooms did get very hot at night time as well. Other then that we enjoyed our stay”

“We stayed here for our wedding night/ mini honeymoon. We loved everything! They knew it was our wedding night so they upgraded our room, gave us a bottle of champagne, and 2 drink tokens. The service is amazing, the room was very clean and nice, the bars and restaurant was amazing and the location was beautiful. The speakeasy bar made a delicious espresso martini and scouts was just awesome! We loved the games and bowling and the pool tables. The rooftop bar had amazing views and a beautiful pool. The 3rd floor pool was beautiful as well. The hotel was gorgeous and the people working there were all very nice and helped us with everything we needed. You really can’t beat this hotel! We will definitely be back! There were also plenty of outdoor seating places to enjoy the weather and the views! I will recommend this hotel to anyone!Rooms: Beautiful and clean!Food & drinks: The food is so delicious and the drinks were well made! Loved everything they had to offer!”

“Kiatano and Dan helped us check in and out, they were amazing! Super friendly service and made the experience great. Kiatano gave us the whole run down in the beginning and was a big help. Terminal A location.Clean and quiet rooms that fit up to 2 and just what we needed after our flight got delayed. They have drinks/snacks for extra fees and a TV to watch. They provide pillows and blankets as well. Minimum time to use is 1 hour.”

“I attended a conference from February 29, 2024 to March 3rd, 2024. The room, food, and hospitality service were great. The staff were friendly, helpful, competent, and caring. Stay at Hyatt Regency where you're treated best!”

“I'm in love with this hotel, the service is amazing and the bar food is pretty good. Central to a lot of food options and a 5min drive to the highway, 15-20mins to Dal Love Field. The only reason I'm giving the room a 3, and i really hate too, is because of the way they have the air conditioning setup. They have a sensor, similar to other hotels that automatically adjust the air conditioning up when it thinks no one is in the room. Example, i had the air on 66, after a while it starts leveling the temp out to 69-70. Which causes it to be hot in the room bc the air takes forever to get back to that temp. I've woken up sweating 2 of my last 3 stays. Get this fixed, this has been this way since i started staying in 21-22.”

“The staff is incredibly kind and helpful here ! Other hotels greatly lack in this area - and Fairmont Dallas steals the show. From the valet to the front desk to bellhop crew they are the BEST!! Guest Rooms could use some updating (the wall art is awful) , but the beds and towels are top notch. Thank you Fairmont- Mom and I loved our stay there :)”

“My husband and I stayed here for our valentines stay-cation/anniversary . We stayed in the Deluxe Chamber King Suite and WOW. It was beautiful, the bathtub was perfect. It took a min. to fill but it was hot hot and perfectly fit two. The shower is LARGE! Everything about the place was very "hip" The only downfall was the food. The menu was small and in my mind everything must be very good. I got the chicken, very dry, the star was the brussels sprouts (sad for an expensive dish) my husband ordered the scallops (44$) there were 5 and they were the saltiest things you ever did taste. We ended up ordering the charcuterie board back to our room because we were still hungry (delicious but sad because they didn't actual make anything on it, just placed). Breakfast was a very odd, ordered to the room so not hot nor warm, but they call it "brunch" and again very small options of actual breakfast choices. The fact you could order food from the TV, change the thermostat, and order little diddies (toothpaste, pillows) was pretty awesome. We are frequent hotel stayers and this was bar far the most recently thought about hotel, others seem a bit out dated and not recently improved. Bravo Virgin, we will be back!”

“I was here for a work conference for 4-nights. The hotel is clean and staff was friendly, but it is a bit dated. I had a great view of downtown Dallas from my 14th floor room. The hotel also serves as a convention center - there were several conferences going on at the same time as mine and it could be a bit crowded. The conference food was very average, but there are a couple of restaurants onsite. Its also a nice location overall.”

“I’m a Flight attendant in training and I must say the service I received for the past few weeks has been outstanding. This young lady Jacqueline saved my life by obtaining a forgotten password for me from my room. She knew exactly what to do and responded to my request quickly! My day could have been a disaster, but she saved the day for me!!Then, Kenya W. came to the rescue by printing off documents that we all needed. She also remembered that I liked decaf coffee at night and kept a mental note. She’d see me walk up on occasion and was already getting the decaf out of the drawer, and did it with a smile!Chase, always greeting with kind words and a smile. He noted everything we ask for on the first and second days of our journey and everything we requested was completed efficiently.I must say, that’s not just customer service, it’s genuine Hospitality! Their graciousness and concern for many of us has been outstanding!! Thank you❤️Rooms: Very nice and clean!!”

“This is a fantastic idea for people like me with delayed flights. 48 dollars to get horizontal and rest comfortably in a clean place, in an airport in a Major city that completely Shut Down at 9p.m on a Saturday night! Wish it had a bathroom in the space, but well worth it.”

“Very warm and welcoming lodge with a very diverse group. Stated Meetings have great meals before, so come early. Easy to drive right past unless you know where you are going. The lodge has an interesting layout and well thought out design. Turnouts can be large at times, but there is plenty of parking around the lodge.”

“Hotel was nice and clean. Even the hallways smelled clean. Day time staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with pancake, cinnamon rolls, bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. Breakfast attendant kept the area clean and stock. The only complaint was the people above me. They were loud.”

“Stayed here for 1 night for business. It has a new hotel feel and the place was clean and comfortable. Hot foods served for breakfast. Snack bar located at the lobby. Free, spacious parking lot.Minus one star due to the heater making noise throughout the night, even when it was turned off. I informed the front desk at checkout so hopefully they had it fixed.”

“This is located ideally to drive to any of the fashionable shops that North Dallas is known for or some very interesting and cool places in the D/FW Metroplex. The Galleria Mall is moments away by car, NorthPark Center is also a short drive. Addison is the municipality known for many great dining options from casual to formal. The Dallas North Tollway is a couple exits east of Midway Road (the proximate main North/South street adjacent to this hotel) that will allow you to head South and be in Downtown Dallas in less than 20 minutes or North approximately 45 minutes to Denton (University of North Texas and Texas Womans University) or a State Park - Lake Ray Roberts (Isle Du Bois area) with fishing, hiking, boating, camping, etc.) The more "Country & Western" attractions are about 35 minutes directly West of the Hotel; LBJ Freeway access is a few blocks South of this Hotel.Of course there are a few different room configurations at varying cost. The rooms are well appointed with sizeable flat screens and cable/Pay per View. It's a great location to have as a "Basecamp". There is not much of interest to see when looking out the windows however. I ordinarily spend little time inside my Hotel room in any city; either to sleep or do some "homework" is all. I greatly appreciate this location so I can get OUT and enjoy the scenery, architecture and "destination spots" like Dealey Plaza/The West End, Deep Ellum for nightclubs/live music, Dallas Zoo, Farmer's Market, Dallas World Aquarium, Klyde Warren Park ("The Deck Park") for the nightly light/fountain show. Fort Worth has Sundance Square with restaurants & shops, a great zoo and The Historic Stockyards offers much to please. The staff here are quite pleasant, able to help provide directions, transportation if you aren't renting a car, recommended restaurants; help work out dates/times for your sightseeing desires. The rooms are competitively priced, clean with comfortable linens, chairs and mattresses. The ordinary amenities are on offer and are in good working condition. I have been here on 3 occasions and will be coming back when opportunities arise. Best Regards to the staff; please keep on keepin' on.Noteworthy details: See the details within the review of the Hotel. I have put a number of places that you would want to go. I would say that the location of this Comfort Inn adds great value to a stay here. It's nearly dead center of any/all the sights, sounds, smells and tastes (dining) any visitor to Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex would want.”

If you want a nice place for a decent price come by and see LAUREN. Come see the Solar eclipse!Rooms: Clean. Nice and white. Full fridge. 2 top stove. My room had 2 big rooms. Plenty space.Nearby activities: Solar Eclipse can be seen great in this area.Safety: Security on property.Food & drinks: Oh what I loved was the little grocery room.”

“I would give less than one, if able. I wanted to ensure anyone wanting to book with The Beeman was warned about their customer care and how they treat their potential customers. My mother called, placed a reservation, and then needed to cancel within thirty minutes. They nicely canceled her reservation but refused to return her fee—$1000. I know for a fact that she explained she was coming to town to assist her ailing stepmother (basically her mother), and that she’s personally battling cancer, so this trip was already highly stressful for her. However, The Beeman did go above and beyond in this case: to make it a nightmare. They asked her to provide PROOF of both her and her mother’s ailments before they would refund her. Not only is that a massive violation of privacy, but it’s also an extremely inappropriate request. With my mother not receiving ANY help, I went to FB messenger and sent them a message. My mother got a call the next day from the GM (Corey Stewart), who then set her mind at ease, telling her she’d get a refund. However, my mom got another email from a CSR that night asking for more PROOF of her medical condition. I reached back out, assuming that it had been taken care of, but nope. We were misled, because telling a customer that they won’t be getting a refund is an uncomfortable conversation, and the GM would rather tell her she’s getting it and let someone else be the bad guy. As someone who has worked in CC most of her life, it’s an unacceptable practice. You never lie to a customer! So, I sent ANOTHER message to The Beeman’s team and told them that she needed a one-time courtesy refund, and they needed to make that happen at this point. My mom gets an email that says they’ve agreed! Yay! EXCEPT, she just got another email saying that they’ve changed their mind, “disregard the last email,” and if she provides PROOF, they’ll reconsider. If you’re thinking of staying here, and you hope to get help, service, or respect when it’s needed, you might want to look elsewhere. My mom has been going through all sorts of testing this past week, and during that, all we’ve been doing is trying to get $1000 back from a stingy, lying, company. I don’t often write reviews, but The Beeman deserves every word of this bad one—which I told them was coming. At least one of us follows through on promises.”
