I went to the store with my sister and my best friend, we saw the amazing looking furniture and want to go look at some other furniture that they were offering for sale. As soon as we walk in the store, we were already told “this is not a hang out spot” because we looked young. We told them we were simply looking at the furniture and that we meant no trouble. The lady and the male employee then stood at a distance and stared at us and made us very uncomfortable. We then left after not even being in the store 5 minutes. Very unprofessional, very rude, and it seems that they will profile you without a doubt. This is not how you treat a customer. Highly recommend not going.

Wow the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a furniture store because there was none. I noticed the male employee will only go to certain customers and ask them if they needed any help. Not once did he approach me and I caught him looking at me from a distance when I was testing out one of the bookshelves. He turned away when I stared at him back and even then didn’t bother to come by and ask if I needed any assistance. The ones who were not busy were just sitting on a table staring at their laptops. I was seriously considering buying the Togo chair there but so turned off by how standoffish they were. Looking at the reviews, I wasn’t the only one who felt that way.

My Wife and I always have a great experience at the Nothpark store. We love the design and quality of the merchandise. Just as important we love the Staff. Always helpful, knowledgeable, fiendly, and patient. Always a great experience!

Nice selection of furniture beautifully displayed but the customer experience from Jordan was exceptional. She engaged in a search for a table that DWR did not carry and found it for me through a construction firm. Master class on how to build customer loyalty! Thanks Jordan. We will be back.

Horrible customer service, false shipping information, avoid this store at all cost!We ordered a bookshelf in store, the sales agent told us it was in stock and ready to ship. Not so! Their warehouse provided us with a tracking number but never actually shipped the bookshelf. After going back and forth with their customer service for almost a month, all they did was giving us another tracking number while not shipping anything. It’s also amusing that the sales agent tried to convince us that the bookshelf has been delivered.

Extremely poor experience with Alicia Ortega at the DWR location at Northpark Mall. My husband & I came in one day, looked at sofas with her, came in the next day and made a purchase of a $10,000 sofa. Quick sales process for her, large purchase for us. She literally never uttered the words "thank you" or "thank you for your purchase" "thank for shopping with us" "thank you for your purchase, I will know you will love it" I could go on but you get the picture. She took our credit card, literally stood there and stared at us and I stared right back. Nothing. She gave us a wave and then we walked out. We never heard from her again. We followed up several times at the end of the 5 month delivery process to check on our sofa. She did respond to say she handed it over to her supervisor to see why it was delayed. Lastly, the "white glove delivery" was a complete joke. They unpacked and unwrapped our brand new sofa in our driveway while it was starting to rain, came into our home with no masks, got the sofa dirty, as they were dusty and sweaty, as they took it up the stairs and when I pointed out the stains, they said it was "packaging stuff" and then wanted to use a alcohol wipe to clean it, which of course left a stain. They tried putting the pieces together, left and my husband had to take it all apart because they didn't lock one of the pieces and it was bent so he had to hammer it back into place. We ordered custom furniture from another high end manufacturer, spent the same amount of money and had a completely different experience, the kind you would expect when you spend $10k on a piece of furniture. DWR needs to remind it employees to say freaking "THANK YOU" when someone makes a purchase with them. They are not doing us a favor, we are giving them our business. Never again.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I most certainly would. I walked into this location and spent at a minimum 15 minutes inside. Every single employee (4 to be exact) kept their heads down, without greeting me, or asking if I needed help. I also spoke, and the gentleman pretended that he could not hear me. I can only assume why, but it’s very disheartening to witness such behaviors from a business that relies on customers in order to sustain itself. Unfortunately,I decided to leave, instead of purchasing the several items I planned on acquiring. It’s 2021, at the tail end of a pandemic, where companies rely on loyal customers; however, providing an acceptable level of customer service seems to be the least of their concern. As a business owner myself, I am disgusted at this behavior.

I ordered a bed almost a year and a half ago fromDWR. It was not installed properly or just extremely poor quality but it has not stopped squeaking for the entirety of owning jt. Have called managers repeatedly for a solution and they have done nothjng to try and make this better. Can barely sleep for a year + Bc of this horrendous bed and even worse the lack of help in trying to fix. Total disappointment. The manager said they would handle this several times, they never followed up. They did nothing. I will NEVER buy from DWR again and am stuck with a squeaking horrible bed.

I wish I had seen this before I entered the store. The staff was extremely rude. We called to schedule an appointment and only to be greeted with resilience. I'm not sure why an appointment is needed as the staff was all sitting around talking to one another. The last time I checked, the customers are the ones with $$$$$$$.
