I've been to Design Within Reach twice, both times with a specific goal in mind. I've been helped by kind and well-informed salespeople each time, with no pressure to buy. I've never felt rushed; I've been given plenty of time and was given many, many options to try.

Outstanding customer service nearly every time. Salespeople really know their merch. Amazing quality products...you do get what you pay for. Fun to browse but even more fun to buy. Worth your time to check them out if you are looking for furniture or lighting. Tell them Kristi says hi.
