β01/30/2024 I went to the store for Chest Rub , which Is vick Varpor. Well Family Dollars on Jefferson Blvd., Didn't have Nothing, of either products. WHY???? ALMOST ALL THE BIG NAMES STORES DO NOT HAVE NONE OF THE MAIN PRODUCTS. THIS IS NOT RIGHT, NOT EVEN THE MAIN DRUG STORES IN MY COMMUNITY. WHY???!!!!!!???β
βLove this store and the staff! Especially, Monique! She went out of her way to find more helium to blow up balloons that I needed for my mom's birthday. She is the real MVP.β

βThere was one assignment and that was to purchase one antenna. Impressed by their prices and selection of items, strolling every aisle seemed fitting. Their shelves are stocked with household items, party, hardware, cleaning, floral, hair care, baby, craft and school supplies. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was even an opportunity to practice my Spanish while shopping. The store was clean, brightly lit and the aisles were well organized. Needless to say, more items were purchased than planned. Loved this place!β
βI actually really like this location alot. I live closer to the one on north west highway but this location has way more products and also has the freezer section. Itβs always pretty clean in there and staff is usually pretty nice. I did not like the cashier from this morning (9/13/24). She was actually pretty rude and not helpful but her manager was super nice. The rude lady was the only person that has ever made me feel some type of way as many times as Iβve been into this location.β
βI usually won't give this kind of a review for a dollar store of all places. This review is for this Family Dollar and the young cashier standing up there dealing with hundreds of people coming in an hour by himself. He had a good attitude even when I spoke with him. He did his job efficiently and it kept going at it, that was a good thing to see. I hope you paying these kind of guys what their worth ??? I don't know his name but it is 5:45 p.m. on January 14th 2022 and it's easy to identify who's working at that location at that time. If you're from the in store perspective.β
βI've been going there for years. Always find what I'm looking for, and more... The staff is so helpful and work hard to keep clean, stocked and provide A+ customer service. I'm so happy they are right down the street.β
βVery friendly people that you have working at the store that you need more than two register's open there was a line of 22 23 people and it was taken forever to get out but me and my fiance did not let that bother us the customer service was awesome thoughβ

βAlways has great prices, great sales, and the best clearance items and they accept coupons!! Can be a little unorganized but it doesn't really bother me ??ββοΈ.. ?β

βYesterday the cashier was really nice and polite ? and I would have given them a five-star but tonight when I went to the same store there was a man there who was not polite he didn't speak and was just throwing my things into the bad. He didn't acknowledge me at all and he was very unprofessional to me! ?β
βI liked the store because they have a variety of things that one may need at the moment. The only thing is they don't have anything for 99 cents. Items start at $1.29.β
βI Love this store I live and this area and if it wasn't for this store we would be without The Manger is Awesome, Very Helpful there's one throw back the Community forget it's not a full grocery store long line but that's ok until we get A FULL Grocery STORE .β
βI like Sam's dollar Store I know it like the back of my hand. There is always a bargain waiting on you. I go to the one nearest Hampton and Red Bird ln on Dallas. It seems to be family operated always a great atmosphere. Can get tools to perfumes and colone even silk flowers one of my favorite places to shop.β

βI want to say thank you to the team lead or manager that was working on Christmas eve @5pm. I want to personally thank you for going above and beyond to try and help with finding my gift cards and keeping my nerves at bay. I was freaking out because I had been frantically shopping for last minute items and I purchased some gift cards. I looked and looked and could not find them so I went to the store to retrace my steps. Messy hair and pjs on the verge of tears trying to plea with the manager that I swear I thought I had them in the bag to see if maybe I left with two bags. I was absolutely a nervous wreck but she assured me the options to cancel them if I left them, dropped then... who knows. So we realized I left with 2 bags not one like I was thinking I came home determand to find the missing bag. I'm tearing up my house to find that the other bag was In the freezer! I had put the cards in freezer. Long story short thank you so much ! For your help in finding the run away gift cards :') β€οΈβ I love this dollar tree.β

βThe interior design the manager Napier has curated in this location is IMPECCABLE. Everything is lined up nice and neat, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. If I could give this location 12 stars I would! I will definitely be coming back.β
βDawn at Masters and Bruton is so professional friendly about the business and my lifesaver. I left my whole identity from my wallet on the counter. I didn't realize until nearly 4hours later. She found it. Tucked it away for me. I returned and she said don't worry I found it. I mean everything. I pulled it all out to count change. Thank you Dawn!β

βI am an avid Dollar Tree shopper. I've shopped at many Dollar Tree stores from California to Atlanta and this is the cleanest Dollar Tree store I've been to in all my Dollar Tree visits. CeeCee was very kind, very generous she greeted me as I walked in and the other shoppers. I was looking for scissors and glue and she led me straight to them. She assisted the other customers as well and each time she said Let me know if there is anything else I can. Wow. What a blessing to find employees who are willing to assist. Thank you Dollar Tree and thank you Cee Cee. Ms. Synetha. Keep doing what you do. You're a true gem.β
βCould be neater but it was well stocked. They also have one of the largest grocery sections that I've seen and I'm impressed because they are aware of their demographics. There isn't a grocery store nearby unless you have a car and in that area not everyone has a car. It is in close walking distance to majority of the apartment complexes in that area.β

βThe selection is good, not great, but still somewhere I will go to pick up minor items needed. Ms Sheri is amazing every time I come in there. The prices are what ypu might find anywhere else. The only thing I don't see the point in being so expensive is the plastic flowers lol I mean they are the exact same size and quality as the ones you find at a dollar tree. But that seems to be the extent of the negatives. Also cleanliness may be something they need to look at more. I cannot blame them though. They need more employees or the owner needs to hire a local cleaning company to just deepclean the store 1-2 times weekly. Having public bathrooms (for customers) would be extremely helpful too.β

βAlways something I need at a low price and not to mention the proprietor is very friendly and helpful . Dollar tree and 99cent only can kiss my left cheek their employees are rude and stores are unkeptβ
