I was so pleased with my experience here. The manager and the team member listened closely as I voiced my concerns and my wishes and they did above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted and in the perfect location!
This is my second unit to rent here so YES, I highly recommend this EXTRA SPACE facility and location for your storage needs!

I've rented a few storage units before and this was a bit more unique. The storage unit is on a hill and getting to your unit can be tricky. If you have a large storage need I wouldn't not recommend this location. If you need to store a few things than it's great. There's many levels, entry points and it's definitely semi confusing. It's not the typical warehouse storage unit. The woman who works there is the best. She sent a hand drawn map to me to help me find my unit in the crazy maze. She was accommodating when I requested a new locker due to the difficulty of accessing mine. She was available, accommodating, kind and willing to help in any way she could.

Adding to a previous post of service during storage use and move-out, I am once again satisfied and impressed on the service provided by Tom. His concern, review, and actions in processing an expected refund resulted in it being electronically completed within an hour. Thank you very much!!

Clean, safe, convenient location! Casey was terrific when we had questions when trying to choose a location, and a considerable part of our decision to rent a space at the E. Northwest Highway location. All the representatives at this location have been friendly and helpful at every turn.
