Family Dollar is a convenient store with friendly staff who often greet customers with a smile and help find what they need. Many customers appreciate the helpful and nice employees, especially a Hispanic worker near the store who is very helpful. The store is close to some people's homes and is considered a cool place to shop. On the other hand, some customers have experienced poor customer service, feeling the manager is too young and not attentive to employee behavior. While some find good luck finding clothes, others have had negative experiences with rude staff and prefer to shop elsewhere.
