“The Dollar Tree in Lakewood (mockingbird and Abrams) is hands down the BEST place to shop! Mo, the manager, sticks the right items and does good by her team and the customers. Mo specifically went above and beyond helping fill balloons for my neighbor who turned 100! She was thrilled and I can’t say thank you enough! Please put this commendation in Mos personal file for when it’s time for that raise!!! I’ll never shop at target again!”
“James kindly greeted us and made sure we found everything we needed for my daughter's birthday. He went above and beyond to make sure she felt celebrated and special. Connie the cashier noticed our items were themed and made sure to wish my daughter a happy birthday and even shared some DIY decoration ideas. Thank you both!”

“Solid trip overall. Went in for some party supplies and cleaning stuff, and they had a good selection for the price. Grabbed some snacks too since they were right there by the register, hard to resist.
Store was a little cluttered in a couple aisles, boxes stacked up that hadn’t been unpacked yet, but that didn’t stop me from finding what I needed. Checkout was quick, only one register open but the line moved fine.
Can’t complain much for a dollar store.”

This is my local Dollar Tree & it's very convenient. The people are nice but the store is usually either in disarray, or has many empty shelves. Prices are also randomly going up. Some items on the regular shelves are now $1.50. They do have some $3 or $5 items, but those are usually marked well, & mostly in the freezer.”
“The store is always busy with people who are usually happy and nice the workers here do their best job to make everybody happy at the same time keeping the rules in place ?”

“I've been going to this store for years, only because it's convenient. The lack of customer service from previous managers, especially the last lady was awful! They finally got it right this time! The morale of the store is so much better. Richard and his crew always greet me with a smile! He's eager to assist when I need it. Before I'd regret spending my money there now I look forward to hearing Richard's contagious laugh and feeling like I'm a valued customer.”

I had a great experience at Family Dollar thanks to Chris. He had such a pleasant attitude and went out of his way to help me find everything I needed. Even though it sounded like he might not have been officially authorized to handle what I needed, he took the initiative to figure it out and made sure I was taken care of.
That level of effort and customer service really stood out to me. Chris clearly cares about helping customers and is willing to put in the work to make sure things get done right. Thank you for such a positive experience!

“Was there on August 7, 2019 around 7pm and the store was clean as a whistle nothing on the floor nothing was outta place it was the cleanest and best family dollar I've ever seen in my entire live and believe me I have seen a lot of bad ones to know the difference and it made me put in a application to work there.”
“I know the manager Joe. He will help you load your car and will tell you what’s on sale. If you cannot find something he will find for you. He is very kind and patient.”
“This was so easy. I did have my package already boxed, taped & addressed. I just showed my ID & paid. Very quick & easy.
Of course, they have everything you need including boxes, tape, bubble wrap and even greeting cards.
For a price, they can do the packing for you. ?”
“I usually won't give this kind of a review for a dollar store of all places. This review is for this Family Dollar and the young cashier standing up there dealing with hundreds of people coming in an hour by himself. He had a good attitude even when I spoke with him. He did his job efficiently and it kept going at it, that was a good thing to see. I hope you paying these kind of guys what their worth ??? I don't know his name but it is 5:45 p.m. on January 14th 2022 and it's easy to identify who's working at that location at that time. If you're from the in store perspective.”
