“This is my favorite Dollar Tree. It's always well stocked, neat, and tidy. I was here a couple days before Christmas and it was busy with things being thrown about. The staff remained cheerful and helpful. They all took a lot of pride in the appearance of the store and the shelves. It's always a pleasant trip when I visit here. Not to mention they have the best selection of everything.”
“I usually won't give this kind of a review for a dollar store of all places. This review is for this Family Dollar and the young cashier standing up there dealing with hundreds of people coming in an hour by himself. He had a good attitude even when I spoke with him. He did his job efficiently and it kept going at it, that was a good thing to see. I hope you paying these kind of guys what their worth ??? I don't know his name but it is 5:45 p.m. on January 14th 2022 and it's easy to identify who's working at that location at that time. If you're from the in store perspective.”

We do not have dollar stores when we was coming up back in the days this is new school days the Young generation that's the way I see it don't get me wrong I love dollar stores. One day me and my mother was in the Dollar Tree Store in Dallas it was a wonderful shopping experience but my mother what shopping so hard I thought that was so cute I looked at her and asked her mother your shopping basket is pretty full right she said I guess so what woman don't like to shop she replied and then I asked her how much money do you think you're going to spend today she say I'm grown and she said stay out of my business I looked at her and say yes ma'am. “I want to say thank you to the team lead or manager that was working on Christmas eve @5pm. I want to personally thank you for going above and beyond to try and help with finding my gift cards and keeping my nerves at bay. I was freaking out because I had been frantically shopping for last minute items and I purchased some gift cards. I looked and looked and could not find them so I went to the store to retrace my steps. Messy hair and pjs on the verge of tears trying to plea with the manager that I swear I thought I had them in the bag to see if maybe I left with two bags. I was absolutely a nervous wreck but she assured me the options to cancel them if I left them, dropped then... who knows. So we realized I left with 2 bags not one like I was thinking I came home determand to find the missing bag. I'm tearing up my house to find that the other bag was In the freezer! I had put the cards in freezer. Long story short thank you so much ! For your help in finding the run away gift cards :') ❤️ I love this dollar tree.”

“Dawn at Masters and Bruton is so professional friendly about the business and my lifesaver. I left my whole identity from my wallet on the counter. I didn't realize until nearly 4hours later. She found it. Tucked it away for me. I returned and she said don't worry I found it. I mean everything. I pulled it all out to count change. Thank you Dawn!”
“Was there on August 7, 2019 around 7pm and the store was clean as a whistle nothing on the floor nothing was outta place it was the cleanest and best family dollar I've ever seen in my entire live and believe me I have seen a lot of bad ones to know the difference and it made me put in a application to work there.”

The merchandising, the customer service, the in-stocks - EVERYTHING! I used to go out of my way to shop at other Dollar Tree locations but am now thrilled to have this store be the one that is near where I live. A+ to the staff who accomplished this incredible feat! “The selection is good, not great, but still somewhere I will go to pick up minor items needed. Ms Sheri is amazing every time I come in there. The prices are what ypu might find anywhere else. The only thing I don't see the point in being so expensive is the plastic flowers lol I mean they are the exact same size and quality as the ones you find at a dollar tree. But that seems to be the extent of the negatives. Also cleanliness may be something they need to look at more. I cannot blame them though. They need more employees or the owner needs to hire a local cleaning company to just deepclean the store 1-2 times weekly. Having public bathrooms (for customers) would be extremely helpful too.”
“This was so easy. I did have my package already boxed, taped & addressed. I just showed my ID & paid. Very quick & easy.
Of course, they have everything you need including boxes, tape, bubble wrap and even greeting cards.
For a price, they can do the packing for you. ?”

This is my local Dollar Tree & it's very convenient. The people are nice but the store is usually either in disarray, or has many empty shelves. Prices are also randomly going up. Some items on the regular shelves are now $1.50. They do have some $3 or $5 items, but those are usually marked well, & mostly in the freezer.”
“They need to change the store hours. They do not open at 8 they open at 9. The hours are correct on their door but not on Google. Numerous people were waiting outside for more than 30 minutes thinking they opened at 8. Thank you.. sincerely former loyal employee..😊”

“I shopped at this particular location quite frequently when I lived in this area but this is the first time I've been here in about 1 1/2 years and I want EVERYONE to know that this store has had a makeover !!All the shelves were nice and neat and the isles were free from clutter.This store looks AMAZING!And to top it all off I had some confusion as to which items were part of a current sale and Kandice(the manager)was patient and helpful!I almost wish I still lived here just to shop at this location!Thanks Kandice for taking pride in this store you are doing an excellent job!!”

“01/30/2024 I went to the store for Chest Rub , which Is vick Varpor. Well Family Dollars on Jefferson Blvd., Didn't have Nothing, of either products. WHY???? ALMOST ALL THE BIG NAMES STORES DO NOT HAVE NONE OF THE MAIN PRODUCTS. THIS IS NOT RIGHT, NOT EVEN THE MAIN DRUG STORES IN MY COMMUNITY. WHY???!!!!!!???”
