“This is my favorite Dollar Tree. It's always well stocked, neat, and tidy. I was here a couple days before Christmas and it was busy with things being thrown about. The staff remained cheerful and helpful. They all took a lot of pride in the appearance of the store and the shelves. It's always a pleasant trip when I visit here. Not to mention they have the best selection of everything.”

The staff was so patient, understanding, and had good senses of humor. I found nearly everything I needed and then a few extra funsies! Definitely recommend for last minute dashes!”
“What woman don't like to shop especially at the Dollar Tree. We do not have dollar stores when we was coming up back in the days this is new school days the Young generation that's the way I see it don't get me wrong I love dollar stores. You can't go wrong in Dollar Tree. One day me and my mother was in the Dollar Tree Store in Dallas it was a wonderful shopping experience but my mother what shopping so hard I thought that was so cute I looked at her and asked her mother your shopping basket is pretty full right she said I guess so what woman don't like to shop she replied and then I asked her how much money do you think you're going to spend today she say I'm grown and she said stay out of my business I looked at her and say yes ma'am. “I usually won't give this kind of a review for a dollar store of all places. This review is for this Family Dollar and the young cashier standing up there dealing with hundreds of people coming in an hour by himself. He had a good attitude even when I spoke with him. He did his job efficiently and it kept going at it, that was a good thing to see. I hope you paying these kind of guys what their worth ??? I don't know his name but it is 5:45 p.m. on January 14th 2022 and it's easy to identify who's working at that location at that time. If you're from the in store perspective.”
“Ms Gail you are the best employee any store could ever have! You were so busy today yet you are so calm and pleasant and fast! The gentleman that helped me find stuff on the shelf i didnt catch your name Sir but you are just a delightful person as well. “I want to say thank you to the team lead or manager that was working on Christmas eve @5pm. I want to personally thank you for going above and beyond to try and help with finding my gift cards and keeping my nerves at bay. I was freaking out because I had been frantically shopping for last minute items and I purchased some gift cards. I looked and looked and could not find them so I went to the store to retrace my steps. Messy hair and pjs on the verge of tears trying to plea with the manager that I swear I thought I had them in the bag to see if maybe I left with two bags. I was absolutely a nervous wreck but she assured me the options to cancel them if I left them, dropped then... who knows. So we realized I left with 2 bags not one like I was thinking I came home determand to find the missing bag. I'm tearing up my house to find that the other bag was In the freezer! I had put the cards in freezer. Long story short thank you so much ! For your help in finding the run away gift cards :') ❤️ I love this dollar tree.”

“The manager here is so beautiful inside and out!!!! She is very professional, always helpful, and just a breathe of fresh air. She gives off positive vibes and good energy to everyone who enters the store. She don’t let the environment control her attitude and personality, she controls the environment. Please promote her to General Manager or Regional Manager. This is the kind of employee and skills it take to represent family dollar as one of the best businesses in the DFW area. “Was there on August 7, 2019 around 7pm and the store was clean as a whistle nothing on the floor nothing was outta place it was the cleanest and best family dollar I've ever seen in my entire live and believe me I have seen a lot of bad ones to know the difference and it made me put in a application to work there.”

“I believe this man that works the front counter for customer payments should be moved up to management due to my reason for my opinion, he had way more positive energy than the one he had to call in order to fulfill my request in payment to you guys.
I had a great experience at Family Dollar thanks to Chris. He had such a pleasant attitude and went out of his way to help me find everything I needed. Even though it sounded like he might not have been officially authorized to handle what I needed, he took the initiative to figure it out and made sure I was taken care of.
That level of effort and customer service really stood out to me. Chris clearly cares about helping customers and is willing to put in the work to make sure things get done right. Thank you for such a positive experience!

“Give this store another chance for sure!! The transformation of this store over the past several months is absolutely astonishing! The merchandising, the customer service, the in-stocks - EVERYTHING! I used to go out of my way to shop at other Dollar Tree locations but am now thrilled to have this store be the one that is near where I live. A+ to the staff who accomplished this incredible feat! This is my local Dollar Tree & it's very convenient. The people are nice but the store is usually either in disarray, or has many empty shelves. Prices are also randomly going up. Some items on the regular shelves are now $1.50. They do have some $3 or $5 items, but those are usually marked well, & mostly in the freezer.”
