JD IS THE BEST. Got so lucky that he was my representative, I was about to miss the cut off time for Saturday delivery, thankfully I called and he was waiting for me in the parking lot. Insane customer service. Will be using this fed-ex FOREVER.

Rudy did an amazing job with me today. He was so helpful and sweet. He even came and removed the heavy packages out of my vehicle for me. I was more impressed that he remembered my name. I wish I could give him a 10 star review 🙃

The staff was so kind helpful and welcoming. This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The Hispanic gentleman was very helpful and nice as was the other African American lady with the dreads I believe, I wish I got their names but I didn’t. I don’t usually leave reviews but these two made my experience very pleasant.
