I called on Friday, January 2. the first Friday of the new year, when many businesses were either closed or operating with limited hours. I desperately needed 250 funeral brochures for my cousin who passed away suddenly. After calling 10–15 other companies and being told no, I was overwhelmed and running out of hope.
