Do yall even answer calls? I have called 3 times and get noone. Press 1 for this bank and press 6 to speak someone... my phone has 1 and 6 on repeat and still noone is picking up.

I can't seem to get my debit card delivered from FEDEX I reported my card lost a month ago and still haven't received it yet. This bank doesn't give temporary cards so I have to travel there every time I need money 😩. No can seem to help and it's really inconvenient

totally asinine holds placed on my account, zero customer service, no way to email, no direct phone lines. I seriously loathe this bank in general, not just this branch
