No branch location of First Convienience Bank will give a "non account holder" smaller bills for a $20 that I just got back from the Walmart where this branch is located inside. I was the only customer in the branch at the time. I'm 57yo and have NEVER encountered this before at any other bank that I didn't belong to... I have several bank accounts but this bank will never be one of them. It would have cost you nothing to have a potential future customer. Instead you will never get my business and your rating keep dropping. This review may also keep others from becoming members. Good day!

WORST "bank" EVER. My debit card information was stolen over the weekend and there was absolutely NOTHING I could do because it was after 5pm when charges started happening. I closed the card and they still let the most expensive charge the person made go through. The hold time is ridiculous. They didn't do anything when it happened and cant get them go answer the phone to do anything after

Diana was amazing. She literally sit down with me got my online baking all set up. Spent like 30 minutes going through everything and making things super easy and useful for me. I always called over the phone to check my banking account in a cause problems because I would spend more money than I should have but with the way she sent me up the app is super super simple and easy to use plus I get text messages tell me every time I’ve spent money. She help me create another bank account and it was easy as 123 ABC I feel a lot better now I’m thankful that she was there. Great bank.

Where should I begin 1st.. i went to cash a check yesterday and was there 45 minutes for the bank manager to get it approved then went back today with another check and was there 1hour same manager was there she was very unprofessional Overawe service was bad bank manager she had bad skills I would not recommend that branch to anybody So I went to DeSoto kroger's which I was there for 5 minutes and got my check cash with no problem nice service nice bank I will never go back to the bank on 75 never bad business The bank manager was the worst I have ever saw she does not have the store in control at all bad communication skills back customer service badd representative for the bank sad i will never go to that branch ever

7/4/20. I went today and I was treated very rude, no customer service etiquettes. The manager was not wearing a mask and was at the front counter helping customers. Manager and One of her clerks had attitudes. They roll their eyes at you, they love to argue, belittle, embarrass the customer and they could care less. You would think the manager would set an example instead she does the contrary and decides to instigate and do the same with the customers. I felt very humiliated, embarrassed, and worthless. Am I the customer or are they? I was never disrespectful to anyone and was treated this way. They deserve no stars but I have to give them one to post my personal experience. They are not professional, and could care less how they make their customers feel or need from their accounts. You can tell they hate working for First Convenience Bank because they don’t like taking care of the reason they are their, me! The customer. This was at 12 noon today at the Walmart Central Expwy in East Dallas . Neither one ever asked for my Drivers License or ID to take money out of my account and I was wearing a mask. If this is not the first time this is happened why doesn’t the District a manager or upper management doing something about these employees and their horrible treatment they give to their customers? This should be taken to corporate. You l ow if they do t like their jobs at the bank for what ever reason. Quit, leave, don’t go anymore and let someone that cares work their. Lose the attitudes, the abuse of authority, were not employees! We are the customers! Learn the difference! You treat your customers with respect no matter what!!! Every business knows that.
