Huge selection of clothes but organization is pretty messed up.

I love forever 21 and went in expecting to spend some money. However this is the most disorganized store I've ever seen. I ended up leaving because it was stressful just being in there. Items really should be sorted by style, instead of having summer shorts scattered across a dozen racks spanning two storeys.

Staff is nice whenever I go and they’ve been having really cute clothes lately
