“I had such a great experience with Jay at Indochino in Dallas! I stopped in to look at their selection, and even though he was already helping a client with an appointment, he was incredibly kind and took the time to help me.
He gave me genuinely honest advice about what would make the most sense for my current situation, especially since I live in Northwest Arkansas and have a Kansas City location much closer to me. I really appreciated that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale. He actually listened to me and recommended what was best for us.
We ultimately got our suit from Soma (Indochino in Kansas) and I’ll be leaving a review for him as well. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing from Jay, he has continued to be incredibly supportive throughout the process. He’s even stayed in contact with me to make sure everything is going smoothly and that everything is coming together the way it should. That level of customer service really stood out to me!

She re-measured me, helped me find the right size, especially with my neck and helped show me the two-three finger rule. “I was looking for a particular Stetson hat that found online but didn't wanted to see and try it on first. Pinto Ranch had it in stock but not my size which is common. I talked to Tom on the phone who said he would look around to see if he could find one and call me back. He did just that within a day and said he had it in the store. I missed the calls but he kept following up until I called.back and told him I was on the way. He had the hat, it was exactly what I hoped for so I bought it. Tom's patience, friendliness, and knowledge about the hat and western wear is genuine, authentic and made for only the best shopping experience one could ask for.
