While the weekday evenings can be a bit crowded, the facility maintains its hardcore essence, even with some new equipment. A highlight for many members is the included group classes, particularly the early-week sessions which provide a great option when the gym is busiest. These classes, such as Burn Blast and Boxing Burnout, are described as amazing, fun, tough, and intense in the best way. They offer high-intensity cardio and a full-body workout with creativity and variety, led by an enthusiastic coach. Members report leaving with a great workout, feeling stronger and leaner, and enjoying the supportive, energetic vibe where everyone cheers each other on. The gym also offers motivating one-on-one personal training sessions that are challenging and help with progress. Hands down one of the best gyms In Dallas, you just can’t beat the equipment, the environment is so chill. Staff is so chill, what else can you ask for…good bodybuilding equipment, good cardio machines and even a room to pose in.

I was a member for almost three years. I do wish I stayed because it is hard to find a gym with the value and quality of gym equipment. The membership itself is different now compared to how it was. Atmosphere and vibes were good and staff at front almost always greet me which is always nice to see.

Mostly good, some friendly staff and some feel like they could care less you are there. I go there for the tremendous machines all new stuff high end and specialized, if they break they are mostly quick to fix, locker rooms are clean. It is a smaller gym overall.
