Insure Self Storage

Self Storage
Hours: Insure Self Storage offers low prices, making it a competitive option for those seeking storage solutions in the area. Customers appreciate the simple and informative online reservation process, which allows for quick booking over the phone, although there is no physical office unless an appointment is made. The drive-up units facilitate easy access for moving belongings, contributing to a generally positive experience. While many customers are satisfied with the service and helpful staff, some have raised concerns about property maintenance, noting that the grass and bushes could use attention. Additionally, a recent break-in led to frustrations regarding the removal of facility locks, as promised by management. Despite these issues, the phone service remains strong, with friendly staff ready to assist. Overall, Insure Self Storage is recommended for its affordability and ease of rental, although potential customers may want to be aware of some maintenance and security challenges.
