“I got a reasonable online rate but after 4 months the storage has a right to raise you rate. (Read your contracts!!!). I was livid because the increase was almost double. I went in person and "Darin" the supervisor at the time was able to assist me in decreasing the rate by 40%. He was patient, pleasant in accomdating me and quick to resolve the issue. “I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Unlike the comment from Byron C, which is full of inconsistencies, this is a great place to store. I have dealt with increases, but they never are a few months later, like he is suggesting. There is definitely time between them. They aren't pleasant but any storage unit I have ever had gets increases. The difference is Extra Space will work with you. Obviously you have to choose whether you want to go forward with the new price. Just don't leave reviews with lies!”

She constantly makes her rounds keeping the place up to standards. The negative is my 10 X 30 unit has no light so I have to bring my own to see in the back and my rent increase has been very high over the 2 years.”

It’s super clean inside the storage area, has cameras, and the unit is also clean w an electrical outlet available in the unit. The leasing process was a breeze. Painless and quick!
