“Move-in was super easy and no problems with anything. Wheeled carts and elevators are in good shape since I got a second floor unit. For indoor 2nd-floor units, the vents above the hallways are a little bit on the low side if you're going to try and move a long item propped up on a 2-wheel cart. You should be fine with a little forethought and an extra set of hands”

“Never used storage before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The team here was very helpful from move in to clean out. Unit was clean. It wasn’t climate controlled, but kept pretty good temp/dryness except for maybe a month this past year. Had a lot of humidity so put some gun safe dry canisters in it that helped balance it. Would recommend if needing a place to store your goods.”

“This has been the first time I have every rented a storage unit in over 15 years. I must say that the staff at Denton Dr should be commended on there service. Let me explain why I say this. The day I rented my unit the Mike was very knowledgeable about the process and the unit sizes. He found a unit and we went to look at it was perfect. The bottom line to this long review is if you need something store for a short or long period of time, go to StoreQuest and Mike will take great care of your storage needs hands down.

I’m new to this property and was at first taken back by the fact that the unit itself doesn’t seem to be temperature controlled as was my last unit with a different Public Storage facility but after having had time to move in and acclimate this location has grown on me. I had the please of speaking with Brandy this afternoon and her energy was great! I feel good knowing that she is running the show at this location and know that she works hard to maintain the property day in and day out.
