Very friendly staff with enough of them to go around (which is usually a problem anywhere else, having to wait around a lot), a lot of selection and a LOT of table space. Amazing and will definitely go back every time we visit Dallas!”

I ordered a fairly large flag and ended up not being satisfied with the color, so they completely remade the flag at no charge—all in about a week. “I had the opportunity to visit Hobby Town-Dallas several times recently. What a great store. They are well stocked in a lot of areas and particularly in the remote control arena. More importantly their employees speak remote control fluently! Over this period I worked with Greg, Chris and Zack. All were knowledgeable, friendly and and spent the necessary time to answer my questions and solve my problems. Then they had in stock the necessary parts I needed. This is now my go-to store for everything remote control. Sam”

We didn’t have a really long time to stay, but it seem like the kind of store. You could really spend hours looking around. I thought it was super cool. He was dog friendly, and even gave my friends dog a treat.”

“They're usually pretty good, although I'm not a big fan of the whole self checkout concept. You'll find it at every Michael's though, so maybe it's just the world we live in now.They've sadly been out of 3 of my favorite brands of yarn for many months. :/ kind of sad because I bought 200$ worth of yarn from them a few months ago but they're gone now & I had to go elsewhere to continue my project.4 stars though for the wonderfully kind employees, the consistent nature of having craft supplies & a good variety, and for being a great location.”
