I actually like the product but for the last 2 months it takes over a week to get liners. Used to be within days. Quality of customer care appear to be declining

My Father bought an Incolet for the "Ranch" some 20 years ago. It continues to work as if it were new. There have been as many as 6 men use the Incolet for weeks at a time during hunting seasons and then there we more than that dorm family gatherings.
