Had the most wonderful experience today at Jareds...now I've been coming to this location for over 10 years, and normally they have a long intake process and the folks are okay to talk to- but this time around it was different in a good way.
Although it was pouring outside, and yes I got drenched running from the car to the front door I was greeted by a kind young man that profusely apologized for not being able to run out and help us because he was assisting with another customer out the door - my daughter and I brushed it off and weren't pissed anymore because he was very genuine about the whole thing. For the next 10 minutes he tried his very best to make the experience pleasant while answering all of our jewelry maintenance questions, and walk us through their new checkout process. He was extremely knowledgeable about jewelry and jewelry care - and he has only been in the job for 6 weeks!? I was blown away by his energy level, knowledge, enthusiasm and appreciation of the product. It was so refreshing to be services by someone that truly LOVES their job! I told him we would be back to start getting our jewelry from this location again because I was putting it off because the energy level at Jareds was low and bland- Daniel and his customer service skills were superb! So glad to run into people that love their job and make a positive customer experience every chance they get! He's a gem!

I have been shopping Jared's since first buying my wife's engagement ring 16 years ago. I've bought plenty of pieces and have always had great service, but I felt compelled to finally write a review this time because I felt the best relationship developed ever with Danni. He genuinely makes a personal connection with you and it doesn't feel like it's about the sale. This doesn't disparage the many other associates I've seen over the years, but there is something special about Danni. So why 4 stars vs 5... cause they got rid of the great espresso/coffee/hit chocolate machine. Interesting how something so minor can make all the difference. The horribly stocked Keurig makes me feel as though I'm shopping at a place that is lesser quality. It used to differentiate between Kay, Zales, and any other mall jeweler. Now it doesn't feel special... luckily they have associates like Danni and others I have seen over the years and recently. Shout out to Lindsey too who convinced me on better fitting for my watches.
