I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.”

Usually it’s out of obligation, however I’m glad to do this.Diana Zasseeva is in sales at this location. I had emailed this location asking about various Grand Seiko time pieces. She texted me with pictures of the ones I had an interest in, and showed me comparable watches that matched the dimensions of the watch I was wanting to buy, but wasn’t going to be released for a few months. I came in, she was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient (I’m from Oklahoma and she had to wait a while for me to come in). I make the payment and was very pleased.Fast forward to 3-4 months later when the watch is supposed to be released, I call in the first week of June to get an idea of when it will be released. I did not expect for her to remember me, but she remember me quite vividly, and even recalled the time we met and all the watches we looked at. That is incredibly impressive. Car salesman don’t have that kind of capability. Diana is top tier and I highly recommend new business coming to her.”

People who leave bad reviews seem to not understand the fundamentals of negotiation in jewelry stores, and this group definitely has some funny replies but as long as you’re not wasting their time and actually want to do business, they will treat you well. She let us try on many different pieces, and let us know that we could always contact her later to register our interest for other pieces as well. “The reason for 5 stars is that's all that's allowed. I had an old self winding Swiss watch, with a broken crown (which I learned is the little knob that lets you set the time). I don't know the name of the young man who helped me, but he reminded me of Ted Lasso (who is nicer or a better guy than Ted?) and he was very knowledgeable about the watch and very, very talented. He took it apart and installed a new crown in no time flat while I watched. Truly, he is an artist! Don't go anywhere else!”
“Mirka is fantastic! I liked a sand blast finish ring at the store but it was too big. But I needed the ring within a week, so special ordering was out of the question. Mirka took the initiative to go talk to a jeweler in the mall and worked out the resizing of the ring with them to be able to meet my deadline. She could have taken the easier route and just told me sorry it’s not possible. But instead, she took the time to find a solution for me. Thank you very much Mirka…you’re awesome!”
