“I couldn’t bear to send my engagement ring off for a week or two to be sized so I am grateful to have found fast-fix jewelry and watch repairs.
They had my ring perfectly sized in less than two hours at a very affordable price.
Also love that I have the option to have it resized once more for free, just in case I needed a size bigger or smaller.
(The cleaning they gave it made it shine brighter than ever)

He was very responsive in his communication. It's hard to find this quality of service these days. Kfir is an honorable man who I will do business with in the future.”

“Got my both of my ears pierced yesterday and words cannot explain how glad I came to this place! Staff is super kind and friendly; could not have felt more comfortable. Faith, my piercer, made the entire experience even better. She truly cared about me having as comfortable as possible, gave many great on how to take of my pierced lobes. Brian, one of the staff members in the front was also super kind and was super welcoming. Thanks to them I am actually considering on getting more piercings and I will definitely be coming back to this place if I decide to do so.

I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone.
