Went there yesterday after a very long time since I moved away from that area, sadly pharmacy staff 0 customer service, and store staff overall, even at checkout their customer service staff are rude, zero customer service, the guy who I checked out with seemed like he didn't want to be there, just horrible customer service. Poorly managed.

Only moved here 2 months ago and both of my 2 pick up orders have contained damaged items. Both times extremely inconvenienced. I was warned by a friend not to shop this location, and I see why. I guess I'll have to check out the Preston Rd store from now on.

Kroger employee Ondre is the most patient, friendly and helpful person ever. Genuinely-great customer service and always smiling.

I just went to Kroger and had such a mixed experience that I had to share. I was trying to get a deal on strawberries they were $5.99 without the discount, but $2.99 with it so I went to self-checkout thinking it’d be a quick and easy process. I figured I could just scan the item and the discount would apply, or I’d find a quick solution by looking it up.
But it was hard to get help in the self-checkout area. I asked a woman named Adriana if she could help me figure out how to get the discount, and her response was: “You have to go online, but I don’t know how to do anything else.” Then she just walked away. Honestly, that kind of lack of service was frustrating. If someone is stationed at self-checkout, they should at least be willing to walk customers through the process or direct them properly not walk off mid-conversation.
So I left self-checkout and went to the regular checkout line, and that’s when I met Neriah (or possibly spelled Nariah). She was incredibly kind and helpful. I told her about the strawberry discount issue, and she explained that I needed to create a Kroger account and that it would be easier if I downloaded the Kroger app. She walked me through it patiently and made sure I knew what to do moving forward.
Because of Neriah’s help, I not only got the discount, but I also signed up for an account and I’ll definitely be coming back now that I know how to access the great deals. She didn’t just help me in the moment; she gained Kroger a loyal customer. Big shoutout to her for stepping up and making sure I was taken care of.

Closest grocery store to my location but I cannot stand shopping here. Never enough cashiers, not enough self scanner ever open, solicitors inside the store approach that bother you when shopping, and an annoying loudspeaker they think is a carnival and not a grocery store.
I will drive 20 minutes out of the way for HEB instead of 5 minutes to this store.

I recently visited the Kroger on Frankford and encountered a frustrating experience. I was incorrectly charged $7.49 for blueberries that were supposed to be $3.99 when using my digital wallet. I went to customer service to get the issue resolved, where I was helped by Avis, an older Black gentleman. Unfortunately, his attitude was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of assisting me courteously, he became rude and abruptly threw the blueberries and receipt down, stating that he was no longer going to deal with the issue.
Thankfully, the situation was resolved by a manager named Jason, who kindly processed a full refund and allowed me to keep the blueberries. I truly appreciate his professionalism.
As a frequent shopper who spends a significant amount at this store, I found Avis’s behavior unacceptable and disappointing. It’s concerning to experience such treatment, and I question whether he is suited for a customer-facing role if that’s how he interacts with guests.
I was told the store manager, Brendan, would be available on Wednesday. I would appreciate it if he could contact me directly so I can file a formal complaint and discuss this incident further.

Completely dissatisfied!
Came to purchase $200 prepaid gift card, and it was NO Visa, American Express or Master card AVAILABLE (see pic)!
Asked for help from management, but was not able to get help and was send to go to Walmart and make a purchase there.
Unbelievable service Kroger!

Great place to shop, but please do better at maintaining the self checkout lanes and open them all to reduce the line of customers waiting. Some of us have places to be. Also please maintain the handheld scanner when it comes to scanning 12 pack sodas. The store clerk watching the self check out area was not very helpful when the handheld scanner was not working well and the battery kept running out. She basically just told me I need to keep scanning. One more thing when it comes to stocking spaghetti packs, please don’t put up packs of them when there is a big hole in the bag and spaghetti just starts pouring out.

This location sucks!!! I am so upset. The Store hours clearly say they are open till 11p. I arrived at 10:40p after a long day at work just to be turned away by a employee that brings in the shopping carts

No option to give 0 stars on how awful and wayyyy below customer service standards this Kroger operates. Do you want customers happy? Then have working check out machines that don't F up all the time because Kroger is too cheap to hire actual people to check customers out. I don't mind checking myself out if there were 2 self check out stations. But these check out stations are so fickle and I have a certain system to check out faster. The camera hated this system today and I gladly gave the camera the bird a couple times. I DO NOT steal. I just want to get the F out of this low rent and rundown Kroger. The staff is also incredibly miserable. And I don't blame them since inflation causes prices to rise. But we all know the hard workers make scraps while hire ups and the CEO make a lot more. DO BETTER!!!!

They could use better customer service at the customer service desk.
I once saw the sushi chef pick his nose behind the sushi counter.
I was harassed and confronted by a produce employee for taking a bite out of a donut I was going to buy. He was accusing me of stealing. I hadn’t even left the store yet! Plus not his job.
Also, their inventory isn’t consistent.
I come here because I live close by, but I oftentimes need to visit other stores to get everything I need.
I hope they do better. I’d like to see them succeed more, mostly for selfish reasons.

I used to come to this Kroger often, long ago. But unfortunately it's gone downhill quite a bit, not because of anything they did but because the surrounding neighborhoods have progressively gotten worse, and the people who patronize the store are rude and selfish. Will avoid from now on.
