For as bad as this store is in both merchandise and the quality (lack thereof) of their employees and especially the department managers and GM, they somehow manage to sink even lower into the abyss. What a deplorable store and company.

This Kroger sucks. The self check out lady that looks like Edna from the incredibles is extremely rude when she has to help customers. How this place is still im business is beyond me.
