I saw someone here comment about the service, but I didn’t really get it until I went to return an item I bought online. The way they welcomed me and helped out felt like I was a first-time customer coming in to shop!!! that’s what real professional customer service looks like.

Outstanding Customer Service. There was a shirt that I wanted to purchase that was out of stock online. This store coordinated with the other store that had the item in stock in the right size and color that I wanted to purchase. They helped me purchase the item at this store and then sent it to my house. 10/10 for Justine.

Need more energy to become a good seller and make customers spend more money not just sell what they pick and make the environment like a little explanation so they can pick more items and tell them this looks better or we have different options you know.
