He took the time to understand our needs, offered the best solutions, and made sure everything was crystal clear. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with!
On the service side, Tracy was an absolute Rockstar. He kept us informed every step of the way and made scheduling and follow-ups a breeze. his attention to detail and communication were top-notch. If job is simple to fix , he will guide you to DYI. he is the GEM of the company.
Oscar in the parts department was also a huge help. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed, quickly and without any hassle. You can tell he knows his stuff.
And a big shoutout to Randy, our technician. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. I put service request to remount my machine, it was big expense, but he review the problem thoroughly and fixed the problem in easy way and reduce my cost to 20%( Saved 80%) He took care of the repair like a true pro and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
All in all, Atlas International Laundry delivered excellent service with a fantastic team. Highly recommend them for anyone in the laundry business looking for reliability and great customer care!”

Very nice Machines. They are the good old quarter style (You don’t have to go through the hassle of buying some plastic card).
Staff were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I travel all over the country in my van, and this is a little neighborhood laundromat, but I felt right at home here. Very welcoming. Will stop by to do laundry anytime I am in the Dallas area.
Prices were some of the best I’ve seen in the country too.
All of the machines were working.
As a bonus, there is a little beverage place right next to the laundromat that you can go quench your thirst at if you would like. I hate having to do laundry and walking a couple of blocks to the nearest 7-Eleven if I want a drink.”
