“Clean and never too crowded. However, they do not have an attendant there 24 hours, so I was unable to drop off my clothes for their wash/dry/fold service this morning at 5:45am. And twice I've been here and no A/C.”

“I’ve been a customer here for over two years. The service has always been great. I love the ability to pick up my clothes 24 hours a day. On this particular occasion, I came in on a Friday with a bag of clothes, hoping to get it back in time for a Monday business trip I meant to come in on Thursday, but life got in the way. At 10:30 AM on Friday I checked and said hey is there a chance to get these in time? Technically the answer was no because the run for the day I’ve already been completed however they took my bag ran it over to the cleaning facility and got it done that day. What amazing service”

“I got my oversea wedding dress delivery last minute and was so stress out to find a tailor/dry cleaner. However, Blue Ribbon Cleaners exceeded my expectation. I got my wedding dress fitted and they also added a delicate touch to the chest to make it stand out even more. The length of the dress made it so easy for me to move around. Two day weddings are no joke? They was also so nice to take me in last minute with a very reasonable price after hearing my story. Cant say thanks enough to the owner and staffs.
I was so happy to be done with my wedding weeks and came back to the dry cleaner. Outdoor picture in a rainy day is tough. However, all four of my dress were sparkly clean and no dirty spot to be found.

“Amazing work. I've gone to Artistic Cleaners for over 10 years now. My clothes are super clean. Artistic gets every stain out. I move to north dallas on lover and Greenville Ave years ago. I started going to another cleaner closer to the house. I was very disappointed. My clothes were not clean. I started going back to Artistic. A little further to drive however it's worth it. Artistic is the best cleaner that really cleans your clothes and gives excellent customer service. Thank you Artistic Cleaner. You have a customer forever with me.”

Staff were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I travel all over the country in my van, and this is a little neighborhood laundromat, but I felt right at home here. Very welcoming. Will stop by to do laundry anytime I am in the Dallas area.
Prices were some of the best I’ve seen in the country too.
All of the machines were working.
As a bonus, there is a little beverage place right next to the laundromat that you can go quench your thirst at if you would like. I hate having to do laundry and walking a couple of blocks to the nearest 7-Eleven if I want a drink.”

“Best in Desoto in my opinion.
I've been to a few cleaners in Desoto. Some have ruined my shirts, leave those weird compression stamps in them on the bottom of the shirt, messed up my buttons. But this place has consistently cleaned my shirts well and nice. No compressed stamps, no missing buttons. Can't complain.”

“Nice little spot. I met the owner once, he owns the laundromat next door. Very nice guy, really seems to care about his business. Place for a quick car wash, but if I really want to get it done right I do it at home. But sometimes I just don't have the time, and this fits the bill.”
“Bright lights, clean, lots of TV's, everything is great except the washers are stingy with the water while in main wash mode.
Last wash is now at 10:30pm and they close at 12 and then they are open 24hours on Friday and Saturday nights and open till 2am on Sunday nights.
This place has free dyers with your wash and if you just need to dry then you can use one of their 4 coin operated dryers for customers who didn't wash there.
Also, while you are there you will be approached by people trying to sell you food like tamales, fruit cups, corn cups, gorditas. But don't worry about them hasseling you because they accept no as an answer.”

“I have no experience with their dry cleaning, but I am in awe of the customer service of Beth. I lost my AirPods at the Thompson in Dallas, and then they turned up at Gunn’s dry cleaning. Beth sprinted to save the AirPods from the laundry, and then spent multiple days and phone calls arranging them to get back to the Thompson, and ultimately me, safely.
I cannot believe the lengths Beth went through to get these back to me. Incredible. Absolutely astonishing service and care.”

“Clean and fresh. Nice convenience factor having tap to pay on all machines. Make sure to peek around at the different sizes for both washers and dryers. I split laundry into 2 loads when it could have easily fit into 1 giant washer to save money.”
