DO NOT USE THIS BANK! YOU WILL REGRET IT! The company as a whole is a nightmare. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I used Viewpoint years and years ago. Then it became Legacy and they were not the best. Now Prosperity is the worst.

Ive been with the bank since community credit union. So a long time. Today i was dissapointed in drive thru service. African american lady very un professional. She might need a pep talk or re training. Im sorry.

I had a great experience at this location and would highly recommend working with Lawson for all personal banking needs.To be honest, first I went into a different Prosperity location to setup a checking account and was not happy with the service. After 25 minutes of bad customer service I left very frustrated and without a checking account. I was so frustrated that I sped off and swore that I was going to go with a different bank. However after I cooled off I decided to give this branch a shot. Lawson was incredibly helpful and friendly. He stayed 30 minutes past closing to answer all of my questions and provide the best customer service.

They took forever to print a cashier’s check. Not the first time either. Plan for 30mins. The teller had the worst customer service attitude. He said I could wait or go to another location. I was the only customer in the lobby. So there was no rush. Eventually the order got cancelled as they were unable to print the cashier’s Check.

The person handling a wire did a horrible job of customer service. I had to sit and listen while two women were talking about their children and some sports team that they did or didn't make. While he sat there and never acknowledge me. I finally had to ask a teller to buz him to tell him that he had a customer waiting. He finally came over and said it's going to be a while because these women have an appointment and we're doing maintenance. There was no appointment taking place. No one was sitting at his desk but these two women having a conversation next to his desk. But I had to be the one to reach out to him instead of him stepping up and telling me the situation. I won't be back to this prosperity bank.

Used to love this bank for years, had a problem with my bank account and Shahina refused to help and resolved my issue. Closed my personal and joint account today and never go back. Hire more Shahinas and you will be bankrupted in a year.

I love this bank! I own a small business and I needed a bank that I could connect with. I was tired of the 'big banks'. I always felt like a number and when I would finally establish a relationship with a teller or a bank manager, they would quit or get relocated. At Legacy Texas Bank, I feel like the staff really cares. Don't get me wrong, every bank has their challenges... but Legacy Texas always wants to do right by me. They rarely stand behind saying, "Sorry sir, that's our policy". They actually go find the answers and help me solve the problem! I'm so glad I was introduced to this bank. I've been a proud account holder since 2011.

Teller was very rude towards me. Asked her to copy the checks that I deposited today. Wouldn't do it because she said it took too much time and effort to do it. Also, she complained she was short staff. Your branch needs to hire more customer service friendly staff.
