This is the best lululemon store I’ve ever visited, the customer service here is amazing and every employee i asked a question to was super nice! It’s really nice to see that there’s a good lululemon in the dfw area!!

I went in on 9/24/24, the staff was so welcoming and amazing! Will return! As soon as I walked in and started looking around I was greeted instantly with such joy!

Went in for some quick shopping. Everyone was so kind and polite. I’d like to call out Isaiah! He was exceptionally great! He helped me decide the perfect size for my daughter and although, I was checking out he was so kind and helpful. He did not make me feel rushed. Great customer service skills!

DO NOT go to this lululemon. The staff is dishonest and unwilling to honor their quality promise for an item purchased 8 months ago even with proof of purchase. I recommend the North Park location instead. Unfortunately after hundreds of lulu purchases, my experience here has pushed me away and I’ll no longer be a customer.

I have to say I am disappointed. I don’t have a lot of money and I was very excited to buy my Lululemon leggings a couple of years ago. It was a treat for me as a mom. What made me more excited was the day that I bought them, The lady told me that I could bring them in no matter how old the leggings were and they would repair them. I have had two small holes in the bottom for about six months but haven’t had the time to take them in. The girl told me that because their new policy is they don’t do any kind of repair or return unless it’s with the year that you bought them. Again that’s fine, but I was told something else and usually that type of thing starts when the policy becomes active. To be told something and then to be told something else. I am sad because I was very proud of those leggings and I was proud that Lululemon was going to take an active interest in my purchase, no matter how far in advance the problem was. The hardest part is my daughter really likes to buy products from here and because of this instance, I will never go back again.Thanks again to another corporation/business that has done well but gone down in their customer service and product guarantee. Because now that they are making money, it doesn’t matter to them.

The service at this store and the one at North Park are like night and day. The employees at North Park treat you like royalty. This location always seems to have the most complacent employees with the most lackadaisical attitude. I would avoid this location if you don’t have to visit the store.
