I was looking for a dress for a wedding, and Dolce took the time to help me look for dresses. Without her, I would not have found the perfect dress. The employees at this location are very professional and helpful.

I wanted to commend the wonderful customer service given by the store associate Brian. I came to Macy’s in a hurry to buy a pair of jeans before work, and Brian went the extra mile in finding me the best pair of jeans I could based on my work and time constraints. He was polite, warm, and very determined to make sure I got what I needed. So come see Brian!

Viola in the ladies evening dresses provides over the top customer service ! She spent 2 hours helping me get a beautiful dress to wear to a formal wedding that was on sale and not available in this store location. Above and beyond investigation and phone calls and inventory search..eventually found my size in California. She gained no commission from this sale but has a loyal customer for life. I am a retired business owner and former SMU professor that taught business skills and customer service and she is the example! Thank you! I had never shopped Macy's except in New York years ago. Wonderful experience and they are lucky to have her!!

Macy's policies contribute to an unsafe environment for women in their store. A man came into the dressing room while I was trying on clothes yesterday with no one else in the dressing room area (BTW, the dressing room door did not lock!). He was mumbling things in Spanish. I have been trained in personal safety, so I shouted loudly at him. He came to my door waved his foot under the door and I shouted at him again. He then rattled the door handle. I made a lot of noise, and he ran off. The staff's response was that he did nothing wrong, as the dressing rooms are unisex, and no report was taken; no security cameras were looked at, and the security officer refused to leave his 2nd floor office to talk to me when I asked to see him. I was so shaken that I hysterically ran to my car! This had nothing to do with unisex dressing rooms... the man almost attacked me! However, the unisex dressing room policy did contribute to the unhelpfulness of the employees. Something is wrong here!

I came in to return a pair of shoes that I bought online that ended up being too tight. I walked around, trying to see if there was a similar style that caught my eye. The shoe department was large, easy to manuever around and had a huge selection. Unfortunately, no dark gray canvas shoes really jumped out at me. I was soon greeted by a sales associate that immediately recognized the shoes I was returning. She checked to see if they had a larger size and processed the online order to be shipped directly to me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Great customer service!

I came back to change my husband's jacket and I had no problems at all, the staff was very friendly.
