I always receive pretty good service at this store but today I received exceptional customer service from a young lady by the name of Brittany in the pick up area. I was picking up an order and needed to also return an item. It was a little bit of difficult task. However, Brittany made it very easy for me. She was courteous and remained professional. She navigated through the system and got it done and it didnt take long. These days, good service is hard to find so Im certainly appreciative when I receive it.

I'm at Macy's right now and I have stood at two different check out counters where no one was in line and was not acknowledged. I went to At Your Service and Nancy acted very put out and rude. You all need to improve your customer service if you wantvpeople to come back. Act like you're happy to have customers. Not like we're in your way.

Horrible customer service, rude sales people, and poor management is the reason I will no longer shop at Macy's. Displays are frequently in disarray with clothing often on the floor. This location really brings down a great mall.

Went there for work pants. ? I over ate during quarantine & Chilllle.... (Rubs tummy) ? I needed some spandex around this waist. However, I found 3 different pairs of all black pants. The cashier pointed me in the directions I needed to go & She was super friendly. Ooo the guy who locks the gate after they closed, didn't make me go around and exit thru the mall. He kindly reopened it for lil ol chubby me.

You just know this place is suffering, I got asked to sign up for 3 different membership programs during check out. Whole store pretty much is 40% off but when I asked the lady about the discount she had no idea and almost tried to charge me full price. The whole store is discounted. They acted like I tried to scam them when I brought It up

Changing the name on an online order at any moment should be efficiently easy to any customer. Correct? Well apparently not for this location or corporate’s online account. I ordered a piece of clothing online though Macy’s, I chose the option of getting it sent to my local Macy’s down the road. It came in 2/18/2020. My name and information was on the order but unfortunately I wasn’t going to be able to pick up order. My boyfriend decided that since I would be busy to be helpful and pick it up. I went online and couldn’t find a way to change the customer’s name for pick up nor could I find an alternative person. So I called the Macy’s my pick up was at. I was on the phone for 30-45 mins (on and off, switching departments in an effort for someone to see if anyone was at customer service.) I called the 1800Macy’s number, the women referred me to be put on hold while she transferred me back to the store number. I though maybe I did something wrong and I just wasn’t going to the right extension. Finally a human picked up! She was so helpful and pulled up my order...she informed me that the 1800# had transferred me to a store In Minnesota when I live in Texas. In a last ditch effort I called the Macy’s by my house one last time. After calling another department in Men’s, the employee went on a search to find someone to help me. He found an employee who eventually just took my info down and my alternate. What made me feel bad was how I had to threat to ask to speak to a manager to just get something so simple changed. Needless to say I will probably never order a product from Macy’s online. They don’t have the act together and after I talked to the last employee, she informed me that there was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK. So then who in the world was I being transferred to?!

Incompetent staff, need a manager to do anything, manager cannot rum the entire store. Granted we only had to deal with 2 associates but could not change the price of an item marked on sale. Checking out at the register took 20 minutes for a manager to make their way.

Omg learned something new today which I guess I should have known lol . If you purchase something in the last act dept you only get 30 days to refund or exchange ! Well I pride myself on trying on things so returns really aren't my thing lol BUT bought some shoes and nope didnt try them on lol. Once I see this red boot glaring at me I had to have! Pamela sales associate she states oh I cant exchange past time limit even tho never worn , she says let me ask manager ........Ryan approaches and says it's ok but then says shoes are $23 credit um excuse me I paid $50 for those , long story short he gives me $40 for them and I paid difference for the ones I wanted still took a loss but rules are rules and I appreciate Ryan for truly making this woman Pamela your the bomb too !!!!

This is the best Macy's I have ever shopped in. This is also probably the largest Macy's I have been in. This store offers a huge selection of clothing, shoes, accessories and household goods. They have plenty of sales associates, several registers with no line and store itself looks new (even though it is not).

I ordered from their online delivery service. I had some next day and some regular. They screwed it up badly enough Ill probably never shop here again. They still owe me like $245 for clothes that never delivered 6 months ago that apparently just disappeared between them and their courier. Yeah I called, no resolution. Zero accountability. The courier seems to know more about it than the people at the store or customer service, wherever they are. Nonsense.

I stopped going to Macy's in Town East Mall because the store had so many items, that l couldn't find the items that l desired. I went in the store during the Christmas season, and l was pleasantly surprised that everything was laid out for the shopper to easily see. I spent most of my evening shopping in the Town East Macy's Store and l will be going back!

I visited this store on a slow, snowy day. All I needed was my husbands' watch fixed and his bracelet adjusted. They only had one available fine jewelry associate that was running ALL OVER HER department. I didn't get any acknowledgement, as well as all the other people waiting. She stood and talked to ppl that looks like she wasn't worried about even looking my way to help in just a few. I waited and waited. I even walked off. All of the other surrounding associates could not even keep us intrigued with anything while waiting. It was like they are scared of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Management please get it together!!!
