“The BEST clinic in Oak cliff I truly love their fast and quick service. The doctor is amazing he was able to find a quick solution for an issue I had going on. The nurses are amazing and very sweet. Some front desk people do need to be trained to have better manners but that’s okay it’s all about the learning experience but that can throw off some bad 1st impressions. They also offer a membership that doesn’t charge you the consultation and that has saved me money. The doctor truly cares for you, even after having my situation taken care of he told me to return for a follow up at no charge and that means a lot to me, shows that they care about their patients. 10/10 for me!”
“Im in a real complicated situation and previously found out that the man who had been naming himself as my father isn't... Until Paternity Direct was able to help me!!! They did a siblings test and now i know the Truth!! It was fast and I'm at ease because i now know!! Mrs. Lydia was very very helpful to both me and my brother who was tested to see if we were in fact related by the same father and we are!! Got tested Friday and got results the following Tuesday!! “I will absolutely be coming back for my next labs! I have dysautonomia and already struggle with vasovagal syncope, so blood draws are always anxiety-inducing for me. But Mimi was amazing and so kind! I had to get 15 tubes of blood taken, but she was so gentle, very fast, and it didn't hurt at all. I cannot recommend this lab and Mimi enough!”

“I love this location. I hate getting my blood taken. I do not do well, and I get very anxious, emotional, nauseous, all the bad things. When I explain this, they are always so kind and helpful.
There are two women specifically. One has done my labs a few times, and she is absolutely amazing. Kind and patient. She has been at this location ~5yrs and I hope she never leaves! The other woman, she is so goofy and good natured. She is so positive and funny. These two women today made this situation absolutely bearable and not as awful as it can be.
After visiting several locations thru the years, I now only come here and hope both stay at this location. There is something very special about people who will take the time to uplift another human when they have nothing to gain from it. Thank you.”

“The guy at the location on Gaston av is extremely nosey and in your business, asks 100 questions of why you are there to be tested for std, he even said “ I’m not trying to be in your business but we just need to ask” no that’s him admitting that he knows he is being extra. I said it’s just routine for my health and then he almost refused to do the test. So I refuse to go back to that location and make the drive to this location. I’ve never had any issues here the ladies are always personable and not invasive with unnecessary questions, they print out the paper, do the test and you are in and out, simple like it should be. The only thing is I have shown up during office hours for them to be closed, maybe they take lunch at different times I’m not sure. But I rather have a comfortable experience here even if I have to drive further.”
“I had to have testing done, and this was the first time when it needed to be 14 vials of blood. I was so nervous the whole night and morning. My nurse, Monday is her name, was absolutely excellent! She talked to me the whole time, and when it was over, it felt like only one minute passed, and I didn't feel any pain. That is real talent! I hope next time I'm there, they schedule me with her again.”

“Went in for lab work. Check in at the kiosk was very simple and easy even though I didn't have an appointment. Sat for a couple of minutes and was called to the back. Nurse was very nice and courteous. Needle in and 2 vials blood taken. I was out of there in no time at all. All areas that I saw were exceptionally clean. Thanks for wonderful experience. It's really hard to find service like this in the medical world these days.”

“Absolutely the best place to get your fingerprints done. AJ was awesome! I went to a UPS fingerprinting place and they could not get the job done after multiple times and they finally told me that my fingerprints were too worn down! Had to drive 50 miles to Test First and AJ got it done in no time at all. My finger prints are not worn down! The drive was worth it!! Great place and friendly people. Would absolutely go back to them again!”
