“I just got my stitches out yesterday from Carpel Tunnel Surgery and the wound is still pretty open, but healing well. My surgeon said that I’d be fine with just a large band-aid to keep it covered. While I don’t doubt his assessment, I still wanted to keep it covered a bit more.
Before I left the VA, I Googled for medical supply stores and Beckley Medical Supply was closest (and still open!!).
When I walked in, I was pleased to see this is a family business. I shared what happened with the fella in the shop, what I was looking for, and was led to what I needed. He was very pleasant to talk with and answered the questions I had quite sufficiently.
I live out past Rockwall and don’t really come to this side of town unless I’m at the VA. If I ever need to come to a medical supply store again, and I’m on this side of the city, I’ll be checking Beckley Medical Supply to see if they’ve got what I need.
So, if you’re reading this review and need medical supplies, just skip Wal-Mart and come down to Beckley Medical Supply. It’s better here and I’m sure if you can find what you need, they’ll be able to get it or find where you can get what you need.

“Mr. Bergeron I am sorry you feel that way towards our company. First of all we have been in business for 11 years and never once committed or even thought about committing any type of fraud. You can run every background check you want on me and my company and you will find nothing but legitimacy. We are an accredited company and have serviced over 10,000 patients nation wide in our 11 years in. You are the first person that has ever mentioned the word fraud.Your sister's equipment was approved by health and human services with an allotted amount that was owed to us per month. However since you are the power of attorney the allotted amount per month goes to you than you forward that same dollar amount to us per month so your sister can continue to keep her equipment. However you only paid us for 2 months and kept the remaining dollar amount for yourself and stiffed us for the remaining balance. Every time we tried calling you to collect the proper amount that you legally owe us you treated my staff with complete disrespect. “DME has been incredibly helpful to me. After a hospital stay, I was prescribed oxygen for a limited time. All the Denton suppliers were closed for the weekend, but DME was OPEN! The doctor was NOT going to let me go home without it, so I was truly grateful. I texted with Shana, and she delivered the equipment I needed to the hospital directly. Not only that, but I could rent or buy or rent to own. Any time I have contacted them for information, they have been ready and able to help. There was a slight snag in making my first payment, but it was resolved quickly. I thought something was wrong with the portable concentrator, and they said they would replace it with another right away. It ended up being user error, but they were so responsive! I also needed a replacement car charg cord, and they didn’t hesitate, just said they would send me one right away. Ah-Mazing! The people, particularly Shana, are as kind and helpful as can be, and I recommend them to anyone with medical equipment needs. Their prices are fair and they will work with you to pay. Overall great experience! ????”
