I used a macro PCS carrier for more than six years, but I lost my cell phone yesterday and visited the store and went to find the account number and the 8 -digit number.
However, he was kind to another store and said he could not help him.

I went there today 12/13 to pay my bill and Asian lady over charger , she lowered my bill without even asking , then she have the audacity to deny everything and not providing receipts , she the most dishonest sales rep I ever encountered and I being with metro for 6 years already i heard good stuff
about this store but I guess it was exaggerated , I’ll never coming back to this store , and to any metro customer do not go to 3100 Forest ln metro by Tmobile, I hope upper management takes action on this matter because I believe i am not the only one experience this situation at this location

I don’t like this store but the only reason I go it’s because I had being help by Chris at another location before and he always fix my issues , I just hope store owner stop being so pushy with him , he serviced 3 customer at the time while owner (Asian lady) was interrupting.

The last place where you can get a phone bill is that place I just gave 50 dollars to that company for a scam because they scammed me there is a danger of getting new lines and I assure you don't get anything there with those companies they deceive you and then They don't give you anything back NUMBER 1 SCAMMERS IN THE UNITED STATES METRO SCAM That's what you should call.

The sales person failed to mention during the sale that she was charging for the charger separately and other accessories. If a phone doesn't come with a necessary component the customer should be notified prior to ringing the sale. There was also an issue with upgrading a phone. Please listen to your customers no one has time to correct errors made on your part.Disconnecting a phone when an upgrade when the customer gave you the number and had to get it corrected by customer service.

I went to ask what plans they have to change me to your company....and the attention was not good....what did I want? They asked me....I asked what telephone numbers they had....and they told me that all the ones I saw.....that if I wanted someone I would tell them which one....and they would tell me how much.... Very rude and inattentive .....I think that the best one lacks a salesperson's job...and training.... I was going for 6 line like that...and no. Sold NOTHING...
